Bad experience. I had my sticker the Disney annual pass and I returned the car to remove it before it washed and it magically disappeared in lees than 2 minutes. I spoke to the supervisor and became crazy. He went attend another customer. Irresponsible. Incidentally they were going to remove the decorative plates ceiling to my vehicle. I had to put it in their place again. Are you thinking that customers are stupid? Customers pay your salary. You must be careful with customers. You must have better customer service. Either you add the plenti points. The service is of poor quality. I come not take any of my vehicles there.

Guy told me $25.00 for a car wash, when I went to pay, it was $32.00. They told me takes 20 minutes for a car wash, however it took them 45 minutes. My car was not clean inside, I pointed out that to the guy, he was upset with me. They stole my cell recharger as well. Bad customer service and bad car service. Not recommend to use them.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews ! The guys were very professional and quick. $20 for inside & out, wish they would of cleaned the cup holders but Im very satisfied. Very clean safe place to wait for your car and shopping nearby to do while you wait. Ill be back thank you! From Girl in the sweet caddy lol

they asked me u$ 259.00 + taxes for a full detail car wash once San Lucas car wash (just a few blocks from them ) charged me u$ 80.00 and they left my car excellent ! take your own conclusions !

spent an hr and a half of my time. my car came out of the wash and no one touched for 20 minutes, yet more expensive cars were done asap. not a fun experience.
