I brought my car to Auto Spa about 2 years ago and went for the Gold Package. The detailing job was amazing, I dont deny that. But they grinded a gear my manual transmission. The car was PARKED; all they had to do was back it up a few feet and the moron grinded the gear. Buddy it may only be a Civic Si but you dont grind your customers gear. If you cant drive manual, dont move the damn car. The only reason I havent taken my car back is because their prices are a bit high. This morning 11/29/11, I received an e-mail from Auto Spa offering "60% OFF ANY EXTERIOR DETAIL PACKAGE." I was pleased with the deal and was coming back for another try. The e-mail mentioned that we can even purchase a gift card at the special rate to use it at a later date. I had my brother go by to get a gift card for him and for myself, and whoever assisted him (Im assuming it was the owner) was instead quoting him 60% of the regular price, rather than 60% OFF OF the regular price, essentially being 40% off instead of the advertised 60% off. Thats $113 instead of $75, a petty difference to some but a 40% discount versus a 60% discount is a big gap no matter what the price is. My brother described that the rep was rudely denying that the ad meant 60% discounted off of the regular price, and when my brother showed him the very e-mail on his phone he then said that the e-mail ad must be a typo. How convenient. I shouted at my brother over the phone to walk away, and we both just filed complaints with the FTC for false advertising. Auto Spa, your work is great, but with this sort of way to treat your customers after shooting them a 60% OFF special and denying them the advertised 60% off, youve lost two customers and more, because I was referring all of my friends over to you with this special. I immediately followed up with them begging them not to give you the pleasure of our business. I suggest you all think twice about giving them business.

I just moved to Miami from Atlanta 2 months ago and I live in the Brickell area. Miami Auto Spa is the closest car wash to me so I dropped by to have my car washed and the carpets shampooed. The wash job was mediocre, with lots of streaks and missed areas but the carpet shampoo was pretty good. I had looked the car wash up on my iPhone and headed over, with my iPhone plugged up to my car charger since it was almost dead. Yeah, you guessed it- the car charger was no longer there when I got back in my car- and I was less than a mile away from the car wash at this point, on my way to pick up my mother from the airport- so no, I didnt misplace it somewhere else. I wanted to believe they had accidentally removed it (from my center console, which had been closed and had OBVIOUSLY not been cleaned?) so I called and asked to speak to the manager. He assured me that yes my car charger was there and I could stop by and pick it up. So I picked up my mom from the airport, and stopped back at the car wash to retrieve the charger. Ummm, yeah- the charger they had wasnt even mine! I asked the manager why someone would unplug a charger and remove from my vehicle when my auxillary jack cord hadnt been touched, and he laughed right in my face. He told me "I have an iPhone and that charger will still work on your phone" leading me to believe this was not the first time this had happened. The best part was that he didnt even offer a coupon or a partial refund or just a simple apology, but laughed in my face when I told him that wasnt even my charger. I will NEVER be back- I may have $40 to spend on a car wash to impress Moms, but I dont have enough money to keep the thieves at this place stocked in iPhone accessories.

Been there 3 times. First time was great. The second was average, yet they were able to remove tar from road construction but werent really sure how to handle it. They tried several different methods, but at the end they were able to remove it. The third time wasnt any better if not worse. Its just the attention to details. Also, they claim top products but really i dont see anything that would tell me otherwise. They can be using windex for all we know. They clean but they dont seem to clean it as well as they claim. Its a quick wash near brickell. I bought a 5 prepaid wash, with that i get a free detailing. After that i might have to find an alternative if they dont pick up the service. It has potential but it just doesnt feel very inviting. i was about to do the Groupon but from my experience with them, i really wouldnt recommend it. its like the other reviewer said, a 5 step process is not a quick buff. Use the products. Show me the products. Be proud of the products. Dont just hide it.

Never visit the carwash are swindlers, never tell the right price and luxury cars if they leave for later the most economical cars and work is no better than a $ 10 carwash not waste your time in that place ... Nunca visite ese carwash son unos estafadores, nunca le dicen el precio correcto y si tienen autos de lujo dejan para mas tarde los autos mas economicos y el trabajo no es mejor que un carwash de $10 no pierdan su tiempo en ese lugar...

There is no better place to have your car washed or detailed. They brought my 91 Miata back to showroom shine. They take care of my new Cadilliac CTS and treat it like it is their own. For detailing your car, ask for Jess. She is simply the best. Every time I bring in my car, she goes the extra mile to make sure it is perfect. I will go no where else. The fact that the place has Porsche, Ferrari, Bentley, Lamborgini waiting in line says it all. This is a 10 star business who has earned my business and loyalty. I got my car detailed at Miami Auto Spa yesterday. Called them and told them about a nasty little situation I was having with a spider in my car and they told me that theyd be happy to help. They use precision blowers as opposed to vacuums in some cases, which work very well with getting dirt (and spiders) out of hard to reach places that vacuums cant even get to. My car looked as good as the day it rolled of the showroom floor, and no sign of the spider. Ill definitely be back.

I like to have my car spotless.However as I get up in age car wash is not for me anymore....for an acceptable price ( Brickell area) my car looks like Showroom ready. They are fast for the incredible volume of car they take care off daily...and the quality of work is very good. The place is like an assembly line.Some employees only move the cars, others apply the soap and so on. Very efficient.The staff is very friendly. Dont forget to tip, please, they work very hard..
