First time and last time here. I live in the area so this seemed convenient.My car wasnt even dirty to begin with, John who works there agreed. BTw Thats because I wash my car all the time. I LIKE To take care of my car and asked him how and what kind of wax did they offered, they hace a special for 50 ? Upgraded to wax that is supposed to last 3 months, worst 50$ plus 5 tip spent ever. I got ripped off.its a a small ,mostly clean, Fiat, how do you mess that up?its a tiny car in case you dont know. The only one good thing is he removed a stain which he included in the price which was from some burn cream I had from an injury I had on my driver seat and they left the car shiny,BUT the inside needed way more wipe down it almost looked the same, They had to redo the rims because they were still dirty,big nono,easy wipe off when the guy did it after I requested it. The mirrors werent wiped well and back window had rag water marks, My back carseat had dirt fingerprints that I wiped off myself. would rather pay 35 to my mobile car wash and they do the works, leave it better and drive to me without any issues. Not returning, you guys lost a good customer. I tipped for the stain and i dont have it in me for the guys that actually did try on my car ,but the rest was mediocre work at best. The kicker, my starbucks gift card is missing from the car and Im hoping it wasnt from this place,I used it yesterday and usually leave it in the car. Waste of time not impressed. The irony is they were telling a guy that he needed to upgrade to get his car more clean but that obviously not true unless they think you need 100$ to clean a fiat.lol ciao!

solo llame por telefono a averiguar cuanto costaba lavar el interior de mi auto porque se me rego un café en el asiento y de mala manera me responde la persona que ese tipo de manchas no podian sacarla, de manera muy agresiva me respondio, que tipo de carwash no es capaz de sacar una mancha de un asiento, sugerencia.... no vayan a este lugar que si por telefono los tratan mal no me imagino el tipo de atencion cuando esten en ese lugar... NO RECOMENDADO ESTE LUGAR

The employees are hard workers under payed and there for over 10 hours a day and the boss dont want them to get a break so make sure you tip the ppl that wash your car its a sad thing when I found out by someone people that use to work there they dont even make 100 a week they get paid $3 a car plus tips if they get a tip there are cheap ass people with dirty ass cars Oscar is running a slave ship

Went to Karma several times, and was satisfied. Last visit the greeter was rude, I was charged $10 extra for sand (there was HARDLY sand anywhere in the car). My car did not look like a $30 wash, I could have done better at a gas station. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Very poor customer service. Half the time the trunk doesnt get vacuumed. I just showed up at 830am to prevent a usual 45min wait, guy says its 45mins! 4 cars ahead of me... come on. For the higher price paid, thats unacceptable in my book.

Great place to get your car detailed. Very detail oriented; they clean every nook and cranny. The atmosphere is very chill and the employees are very friendly. You can also have lunch while you wait which is kinda nice.

I took my car there for the first time because i checked the reviews . My experience was ok, the car was ok, nothing great, i found dirt in the center console. It could be a lot better. I leave 30% tip anyway.

Rude manager give hand directions about what you need to do ( like fake policeman) service is so so expensive and be prepared to wait a long time, let me recomend finest car wash (aventura Mall, Brickell etc)

By far the best Car Wash in Town, excellent service...if youre picky with your car this is the place to go for 20 bucks you cannot get a better job...great ambiance in the Miami Upper East Side..

Location is okay, quality of finished cars is average unless they upsell you on a $100 car wash with spray on wax which is useless after 1 week... I prefer Leos car wash down the street.
