Estoy tratando de desactivar el pago mensual automático por teléfono , ya que me he mudado de Miami. Al llamar me contesta una niña llamada Wendy y me reclama que por qué NO desactive el pago antes de irme de Miami?, que NO debí haberme ido sin hacer eso! Y que por teléfono NO puedo cancelar mi subscripcion pidiéndome que regresar a Miami (cosa que me parece absurda) para solo desactivar el pago. Acotando que en este auto lavado NO tienen un Manager que las supervise y que NO podía hacer nada por mí. Señores, es el primer sitio donde se obliga a la persona a realizar una cancelación personalmente (Ni en los bancos) que tienen más manejo importante de dinero. Segundo, deben de capacitar a las "bestias" llamadas secretarías que atienden a los clientes; porque ellas no están ni para recriminar , ni para formar problemas; recuerden que ya salieron de la isla y su mal genio y altanería lo tienen que dejar atrás (En especial a la niña llamada Wendy) que por cierto me atendió el teléfono el día 07/18/16 aproximadamente a las 2pm Si existe alguna Gerencia u autoridad en este establecimiento; ya que según ella NO existe ningún Manager . Tomar cartas en el asunto .

Al menos en Hialeah siempre hay problema con la maquina,trato muy descortez,la peor decision es afiliarse al pago mensual,para poder terminar con este pago ha sido un dolor de cabeza y pese a que no uso el servicio hace mas de de 2 meses aun me sigue debitando de mi cuenta,ademas no hay nadie que responda.DESASTRE TOTAL

Hoy 08.31.16 a las 3.36pm no pude lavar mi auto porque no fue posible desmontar la antena! Pero es que la chica allí presente, parece que sólo se ocupa de mostrar sus encantos, escuchar música con los auriculares y beber refrescos, no para buscar soluciones. Es verdad, "el ojo del amo engorda al caballo".

BEWARE ! I have and had a monthly plan and they changed it because I used it too much according to the owner $39.95 per mo. with unlimited wash that was the old plan up to one car wash per day, if you use it they will change it with out you knowing and put you on a limit of only 12 per month thats according to the owner Mr. Valdes what a scam of a business owner he said he was losing on the unlimited wash but he didnt change every ones plans only the customers that used more then 15 or more per month when he had advertised unlimited wash !!!what a scammer !!!!

El lugar es bueno, los carros quedan bien lavados a pesar de que no salen bien secos, pero parte del personal es bien groceraaaa. Sobre todo uno pequeñito que trabaja en el área de fregado.

Hey Guys Beware !!! The same thing happen to me as well with the monthly plan unlimited wash for $39.95, they changed it because I used it about 15 to 18 times per month when they advertised it unlimited up to 30 washes per month .... this is a scam and I did witness a customer and do have proof they didnt change it for all the customers as they claim !!

Pretty good place for me works awesome. I have a pickup truck and I usually get charge over $ 25 for a carwash anyplace in Hialeah (and they never do a decent job) - Here I have free vacuum and the most expensive car watch is like $ 14. I cant ask for more.

I never had a problem till today, I went during the special, got the 3 dollar wash , ok, got the tire shine. When I left and got to a store, guess what? No tire shine. I couldnt believe it. Maybe its best to just stick to a regular wash and thats it.
