I used to get my cars washed here a lot and probably averaged $200/yr on car washes, but I will not come back after my last experience. As my car was finishing up the last wash, the door did not open. I slammed on the brakes and started beeping the horn when my car was touching the door. Meanwhile, the things that push the car through the wash were slamming into my wheels and the steering has not been the same. When someone came to help, the guy said, "oh that happens a lot, it just leaves a few scratch marks on the car but they can be buffed out." So... I guess bring some wax and a power buffer just in case. I also still had to pay for that wash. Not good customer service. EDIT: 11/14/2013 I received a free car wash in the mail, and the owner apologized for the incident.

I saw so many good reviews in google so I took my car for wash today. I took the $18 package. They told me it cludes tire shine, wheel clean and all other stuff but even after wash i could see dirt on my wheel and I have to manually wipe them off. Also I noticed the frame near the front driver and passenger door had dirt Quality of wash is not so good but the staffs are friendly and professional.

Took a signature car wash for $15. Not worth at all. Pretty old touch car wash system. Just washing less than 5 min. All the dirt still remaining. When I complained it, the guy said it all rust. But no it was clearly dirt that I was able to remove just by my finger.

Excellent wash, top notch staff! I have a The Works Wash Club subscription, and the wash is always spot on. I detail the truck in about 15 mins afterwards and it looks awesome!

Quick and professional staff but very disappointed with the quality of the car wash. Wheels, front of my car and mirrors were still dirty after a Signature wash.
