I had a horrible experience on 2/11/17 with my car detailing, its called "Bumper to Bumper" service, at Busy Bee Miami Shores. I received the information from a young lady that the service would garantee my car to look like it was coming straight from the show room, for the price of $223.37. Two hours and half later, I returned to the shop for my car and it was dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called the detailing manager, He even blamed me for the right front light sticky dirt; since I had inspected my car before taking to the shop, I was sure the lights were cleaner than after the wash. The manager placed two workers in an attempt to clean it afterwards which was useless since the car needed a full wash, wax, polish, re-do… I left the place disappointed and aggravated. I will take my car to another provider for proper service. Please save your money, avoid this place for detailing!!!! See pics attached, I should have taken them when I arrived to pick up the car up, but I was too upset and the least thing that occured me was to document it better; these were taken after the 2 workers attempted to clean the car after the job was already done, some of the soil was cleaned up, still you can see the lack of job quality. I will not return to this place again even for a regular wash, for sure!!!!! I will also post my review in Angies List and will alert my family and friends in Miami Shores about this place. Shame on them!!! A lot of dough wasted!!

Its the first time Ive been here. My dog vomited on the seats getting car sick on the way to the vet. So I decided to take it to Busy Bee which is the closest place to me. I was planning on it anyway because it was dirty prior to this. I have to tell you that it is very expensive $133 to get the seats, the carpets and hand dry. They dont even hand wash the vehicle, they just run it through one of those machines. Plus they charge you per row and per floor mat. So once I was finished going through the car wash machine, they go to take my car to do their hand dry, the inside interior and the floor mats. Then after a few minutes the hand wash manager came to me and told me they do not clean vomit even though I mentioned it to the nice young lady, when I first pulled up and it was no problem then. I do appreciate though, that they at least did the job this one time, and told me for the future that they do not clean vomit. I mean, I would think they would clean it and disinfect it for you if you pay that much money the for service allready. Its way too overpriced and they dont things that most car washes will probably do with no hesitation! I wont be coming back because its very expensive, they dont do hand wash(only hand dry and vacuuming if you pay more), and they charge you for things that most car washes dont normally charge you for such as per floor mat & per row.

Ive been coming here for years. They have free self service vacuum stations. The self service wash is also pretty cheap, about 3 bucks for 4 min. The staff is also always polite and helpful. Ive always been afraid to go thru their automatic tunnel car wash cause was worried my rims getting scratched. Ive tried 2x and no scratches so I joined the unlimited fast pass. There are 3 levels. I purchased the mid level for 25 bucks a month. I would spend about 40 to 50 bucks a month on several touchless car washes but having this fast pass makes it more convenient for me and also economical. If I get lazy and need full service, they give you 15% off the additonal services for being a fast pass member. Love this place and hope they keep the prices affordable and continue the great service. It reminds of old skool car washes in LA where I grew up. Personable and expect to see the same crew taking care of my baby

There are three things I dont like about this car wash: 1. they have the fast pass system, but they dont have a lane specifically for fast pass. The major point of having a fast past besides the unlimited wash is to be able to get in and out quickly without having to wait in the sometimes long line of people who are paying per wash. 2. I have the highest package they offer and it doesnt come with the honey coat option. I wish they had this available with the unlimited packages. 3. The first thing they do once your car is loaded onto the car wash is to spray your car down, but they never have anyone on the right side spraying down my car.. They have always only been on the right side. Everything else is great with this car wash besides the 3 items above, I am a happy customer.

Ive gone to busy bee multiple times and Im generally unhappy with the service. The first time I paid $16 for the top wash and within a week the wax had disappeared. Now Ive tried the Basic package twice which is underneath the top package for $12 and both times my rims were still dirty, my hood had spots all over it and there were bird dropping spots on the windows still. This third and final time I took photos 5 minutes after the wash in a parking lot because I was amazed that my car was still dirty. I rated this 3 stars because I do like the free mat cleaning and air suction for the interior before the wash.

Although Busy Bee is a fantastic automated car wash, the "hands-on" portion of customer service is equally as great! Tips: Go early or go late and youll have extra room to self vacumn your ride...be conscious of your vehicles width because the blowers might make it a tight, but harmless fit...pre-cue your favorite jammy jam for the wash and enjoy the unique light show when gettin "your suds on"! Treat yourself to the full service detailing, worth it in the summer months!

Cool place, they have a self clean type area where they have about 10 or so parking spots and each spot has its own free vaccuum, also free car mat cleaners as well. I stopped by the other day and completely vaccuumed the interior of my car, I was their for a little over an hour. Thankfully the Miami weather is sunny and cool.. Perfect. I then got a quick $10 wash. Its a nice place, and I may go here in the future for a more extensive detailing.

Dont use these old school car washes. We live in a new Era. Just look at these reviews and ask yourself, do you want to go out of your way for sub par service, or do you wanna sit home and open up the Washmywhip app? My guys will come to you wherever your car is and we dont use water! We use an eco friendly biodegradable spray that cuts through dirt and leaves a waxy shine. DOWNLOAD THE APP AND SAVE TIME. The prices are fair and my car always looks on point when I pick it up after a detail clean.they have a small waiting area where there is a.c. and a vending machine plus a machine that breaks ur bills and a water fountain. There are two restrooms for one person each. They have been clean each time Ive used them.there is a button to report them dirty if they happen not to be. Great place!
