just another bad review !!!! we all know how bad there service is from the missing change $$$ to cigarette lighters very shady people working there I would go there only if I was running late and needed a fast wash !!!! very bad fast wash I would never change my oil there !!!! cheap recycled oil and if they cant wash your car you think they can work on the engine ha ha good luck on that !!!! well getting back to bad review last night my front passenger seat was broken a big hole on lower part of the seat I keep my Porsche clean and in very good condition now I have fix my seat not going to be cheap like there car wash or oil change !!!! im going to open a case with Miami consumer protection services and BBB as well !!!!! and they to court enough of these bad operating business and letting them get away with bad practices we are not in a third world country they think they are still in Cuba and can get away with it !!!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!!!!! IM GOING TO SHOW THEM NOT MESS WITH THE WRONG PERSON !!!!! REMEMBER ITS YOUR CAR AND YOUR MONEY !!!! YOU ARE PAYING FOR A SERIVCE AND SHOULD NOT BE BAD !!!!! BECAUSE OUTSIDE IT DOSE NOT SAY CHEAP / BAD CAR WASH !!!! RIGHT !!!!!! AND ITS $12.00 PLUS TIP !!!! SO $15.00 YOU CAN GET A VERY NICE CAR ELSEWHERE FOR $15.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Siendo cliente de este lugar por mas de 15 años llegue a cambiar mi aceite a las 7 45,pm ellos cierran a las 8 pm les pregunte si alcanzaba a lavarlo y me dieron un ticket manifestándome que si, cuando llegue a la puerta de entrada al car wash estaba cerrada, y fui hablar con el calvo pelon del manager y me dijo que lo sentia mucho q viniera otro dia faltando casi 3 minutos para cerrar segun el horario, dirigiendose a mi con actitud como si yo fuera su machuque, creo que se equivoco el pelon , no lo recomiendo te dan un servicio malo el lavado, nunca te lo aspiran bien, no te limpian bien las ventanas, esto siempre lo soporte por muchos años pero lo de hoy rebaso el vaso .. no lo recomiendo ..

Hoy día sábado 3 de septiembre en la mañana alrededor de las 9AM me dejaron mi camioneta muy sucia fui a reclamar y el encargado del grupo me trató muy mal , alegó q por 12 dólares era suficiente, mi auto quedó como un asco , me dijo q no necesitaban de mí como cliente q ellos lavaban cerca de 300 autos t no le importaba, vi cómo le decía a un muchacho q le dijera al del presión cleaner q limpiara bien q estaban quejándose los usuarios, el trato del responsable fue pésimo y deja mucho q desear del lugar, anteriormente era un Bue lugar.

If there were zero (0) stars, i would rate them 0. I had my oil change there about 4 months ago. Im very picky when it comes to oil changes therefore, I ALWAYS GET MY MOBIL 1 SYNTHETIC WITH THE MATCHING FILTER AT AUTOZONE. I hand the oil and filter to the person changing my oil and wait to make sure i see them dispense the burnt oil. Once i see this, i walk into the office to pay for the service which is $15 when u bring your own oil/filter. When everything is done, I tip the person $5. Thats my routine. Well, the last time i went there apparently the person who changed my oil decided NOT to use the mobil 1 filter i gave him. Instead, he installed a filter which read "Sunshine Plus". To my surprise, this filter came off my car today as i was getting my oil change. I couldnt believe what i was seeing. If these are the business practices that theyre accustomed to at this location, my suggestion is you dont do business with them.

The owner of this carwash needs to see just how rude the employees are to the customers. I just left the 27th ave location. My car is still very dirty both side mirrors still have mud on them and spots all over the car. I let the hand washer know he did not get the windshield clean and he said the others would take care of it. Well the others said to me "lady what do you want for $11.00" my response was I want a clean car sir. The cashier was rude and did not give me any assistance. would not let me know the name or number of the owner, no manager on the premises to help me. And yes if you dont speak Spanish you cant communicate to them. I hope the owner reads this and calls me. There are so many carwashes in Miami for sure I will not be going back to this. please anyone reading the reviews dont go to this carwash go someplace else!!!! BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTONER SERVICE ALSO run dont walk away from this place

Horrible customer service. After my car had passed through the entire washing process, I went in to the office to let the cashier (which I believe is the manager who was covering at the moment) to let him know that my vehicle was still dirty and if this was something they were going to take care of right away. He tells me that I am complaining without even letting them finish doing there job, but yet the vehicle was already at the end of the line at the drying process of the wash, so what did he expect me to do, let them buff away all of the dirt with there towels? I was in shock with his attitude and didnt even respond, I just got in my vehicle and drove off. I honestly do not recommend this car wash to anyone, you are better off giving your vehicle to a 5 year old with a garden hose and some dish washing soap, at least he will be more respectful and do a better job.

1. They need to put the another menu further away from the building, for example off in the right hand corner where theres a light pole. Plus the font is way too small. Time to update! 2. Waiting in line is such a traffic hazard. I swear theres going to be a fight sometime because people dont want to let people in. 3. Intimidating for us non-Spanish speakers. But I guess thats Miami. 4. Prices are exorbitant once you get decide to something more than the $11 wash. 5. About half the employees do a half-ass job. Time is money, but so is the customer. There are a few employees who do work their ass off, I will give them that. Blech.
