I hired My House Aluminum to install a paver driveway. When I met with Will he assured me that his installers had years of experience with the installation of pavers. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe them. Every day they worked I came home to a yard filled with the lunch garbage and cigarette butts. However, much worse was the quality of the installation. When they were finally complete and the end result was observable the installation was absolutely horrible. There is not a level spot on the driveway and the joints do not align. I truly believe that this was the installers first attempt at installing pavers. When Will came for money, I started pointing out all of the issues, all he could do was scratch his head and talk about how much time it would take to fix. When they finally attempted to fix the issues they simply made it worse. For example they simply dumped the dry concrete around the edge and tried to tell me the rain would wet it and lock it into place, what Bulls***. I told them they would need to mix the concrete and redo it, my mistake. When I arrived home there was concrete splattered all over brand new pavers from their attempted fix. Coming home should be a welcoming experience, but now the first thing I see is this sorry excuse for a paver install and have the realization that I am going to have to pay a real company to come back and relay the entire driveway sooner than later. Since a company called "My House Aluminum" is blocking my post on their site. I will post them here. Be very wary of this company and the workmanship that they do. A job that was supposed to take three weeks has went over 3 months and failed inspection serval times. This is the home of my mother-in-law who had a stroke and is paralyzed and my father-in-law who is sick himself. Me and my wife are living here helping take care of them, but this is the type of work that company does. And never passed inspection and they keep saying they are short-handed on having people come back and correct the work.
