I saw an ad in the local paper and called for an estimate. Spoke to a man on Friday. Was told that he would be out Monday after 5 pm. Was a no show, no call. I thought maybe I misunderstood, so I called on Wednesday to schedule again. We set a time for Thursday, later got a text that he would not be able to make it that day, but asked for my email address so he could send me some options. Said that he would send the email on Friday morning. Its Saturday and I have not received an email yet. Not sure why they spent the money for the ad in the paper, clearly they do not follow thru with estimates which could generate business.

Really enjoyed working with this company. Estimate of work was the final cost, no hidden surprises. Needed repair work done on the concrete around my pool. The crew, which included the head man and 2 associates, was punctual, polite, courteous, hard working and efficient. Work was done as requested and the cleanup was done so well that, except for the new concrete, you wouldnt even know they had been here. Would definitely use them again. Thanks, guys, for a job well done.

Call the week ago make an appointment for Wednesday they wanted to do 7 a.m. I waited an hour and 15 minutes and then went to work no call no show I guess its because Im just a homeowner so its a small count for them I asked him if they did residential they said yes they definitely should be telling people no we dont do Residential
