I visited on three different occasions all three time I had to come back . First they forgot to put in one of my tps sensors had to go back . Then when balancing the wheels after telling them the weight need to be positioned right or they will hit the brake calipers. They didnt listen and scratched up my calipers. Now my second visit for rotation and oil change Come to find out the only re did the weights on the balance in the front. Left the other like they were. So again more scratches to my calipers and right back to have them fix it again. I was so mad . So I complained and was told they would make it right with a 30.00 voucher. My third visit 5000 miles later another oil change and tire rotation. This time I spoke with kevin and explained to him since my car left I have a slight shake at 65. He rebalanced them and confirmed they were not balanced correctly. Something about static balance. I thanked him and got ready to leave. I noticed my wheel lock was not back in the box. The tech was rude and swore he put it back. Guess were I found it on my rear tire still on the lug. Now I was really angry . Kevin calmed me down and promised he would talk to his guys., Fine. Today 8/20/14 I went to ask about warranty on the tires and was greeted my the rudest person I have ever met Same one from before.. Whe questioning him about his attitude he told me I am lucky he is at work and representing firestone other wise I would have a problem.Then told me he knows where I live! . Guess he was mad from last time not sure. At that point I lost it and told him off. I wouldnt recommend going here for anything ,. Bunch of low life thugs and bullies. Well guess what you cant bully me . They also try to sell you service you dont need, and if they dont like what you say may threaten you with bodily harm. What a crappy place

Excellent customer service. Honest. Pleasure to work with. Conveniently located across the street from Nova Southeastern University, this place is often the place of choice for many of its students, faculty and other workers. I have taken my car to this place several times for general car maintenance and oftentimes for them to check the car due to various noises. First off, many places charge an inspection fee, which can be as high as $90-100 at the dealership; I noticed many places disclose that if they do not find something wrong with your car, then they will charge the inspection fee...otherwise the bill is whatever the cost is to fix the problem. ALWAYS check your summary of what they charge you, because some places try to get away with charging you the inspection fee even if you chose to have them fix the problem! Anyhow, they do a courtesy check here for free (and maybe at other Firestone locations---dont quote me on that one, but call and ask..) One time, I took my car in to inspect a "noise" and compared what they said to 2 other opinions, one of which was the dealership. One place said it was my rotors (which would be about $800), one place said it was the brake pads ($250). I asked them to check the brake pads and rotors beforehand and they said they were fine, however, the back tires seemed to be the problem ($150). Sure enough the noise disappeared without me having to spend an extra $100-700! Lastly, Kevin, the manager is friendly,hardworking and a nice- he works with peoples budgets and schedules. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I just got my tires from this location for a second time. I had such a good experience the first time with them and we really liked the tires that we put on our old car, so I decided to go back to them. I made my appointment with Michelle who helped me select tires and Terrance was my mechanic. When he was done working on my car, he fully explained everything out to me.. what he did with the van, that he tested it on the side street, and that he recommended I get a few other things done with my mini van. When Ive gotten recommendations at other places, I have either had no idea what they were talking about and/or I feel pressured into getting stuff done, but here they just explained the recommendations and asked if I wanted any quotes. They run a really nice shop here. Ill definitely be going back if I need anything else done and probably for any future tire purchases.

I dont know how this place has good rating. I got there at 2 pm and ask for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for the oil change and the guy tells me it would take about hour and half. Which is fine by me. I also show him a coupon that I have for being a Uber driver I could get an extra 15% off, which he said that they will apply it at checkout. 3 hours later, when the car is finally ready, or I thought, found out that they only did the oil change. So it took them 3 hour just for an oil change, what a joke and on top of everything they that want to give me the 15% that they were supposed to apply. Instead a bunch of lame excuses. Will never go back there and dont recommend this place. Jiffy Lube is way faster.

I went in to get a full auto diagnotic and complete check of my car. They printed me out a sheet of recommended services for my car. Little by little i have been getting the things done on the sheet. Their biggest concern was my tires because there was a noise coming from my car. I spent $333.00 on new tires and an alignment. I picked up my car and as I drove down the street, the sound was still loud as could be. When I took the car back they said I needed new bearings and that they were in terrible condition. The issue I had was not that I needed new bearings but that it was not listed in the auto inspection. I feel like they are constantly trying to rip me off. Next time i will know to question everything!

It should be a 0. So the A/C in our car stopped working. Just blew hot air. My wife takes it in and they tell her that our pilot needs a new air compressor and new hoses. With parts and labor they wanted us to pay at least $1500. When I saw the estimate I couldnt believe it. Labor would cost more then parts. No way we were gonna pay that. Fast forward a few days and I take it to meineke for a second opinion. This is where I normally go. Sure enough they check to see if theres any free on. It was empty. They recharge it and voila we have a A/C. What coulda been a $1500 job turned into $98. Will never come back to this place. What they were trying to do should be considered robbery.

This place really sucks...came on Monday 19 afternoon around 4:50 pm...and they told me they didnt have time to change the oil so the person in charge suggested that I come back early in the morning "first come first serve" so I went there next moning at 6:15 am (they open at 7am) been the first customer of the day ...when they opened they told me that they had a bunch of car from the day before....that it would take like 2 hours to change me the oil..they could tell me that they had that bunch of car in the afternoon when I first went there....They dont care about customers time...really disappointed...I do not recommend this place.
