Ok, on February 25th I went to shop to get 2006 bmw 750i computer reinitialized. After this Joe said he his computer into my car and there were way too many codes thus he would not be able to do what I asked. He told me to bring the car in the next day and live it at the shop. Now, he said the service I asked him would cost me $125, but, after his own diagnostic (assumption) he said my engine had sludge and that is the reason it is misfiring, he said hell call me the following day to pick the car. I was never called, so I went to the shop to find out whats going on then he lied to me. saying that he called me and I could not be reached. After holding my car for nine consecutive days, he said he flushed out the engine and changed the oil, and charged me $500 for that alone. he told my engine was a lost case, three days later I watch a video on youtube base on how my car was acting, went to Lauderdale bmw purchase the parts put them in and my engine ran smooth. dont even bother going to this shop its a ripoff. after he worked on my car the got worst. I acted all nice and paid him $500 when I picked up the car so he didnt mess up anything on purpose. very bad guy.

I brought my 2013 328i xDrive to MTM Bavaria Automotive due to my left tail light being obviously dimmer than the right one. I originally brought it to an auto shop (across from CB Smith Park) which charged me to tell thats how the lights are supposed to be due to how foggy it is in Europe? Really? Then they wanted me to leave my car there overnight so they can figure out the problem. I may not know about cars, but I can tell when a mechanic is bullshitting me. I left the place and ended up at MTM Bavaria Automotive. I spoke to Joe and Wade about the issue and within 30 minutes they not only found the issue, but ordered the part it needed to correct the problem. Both Joe and Wade are professional and knowledgeable. I felt their prices are fair and most of all they are honest which is so hard to find in this industry. They have a a cozy waiting room and a clean bathroom which a plus. Wade even gave the old car part to my daughter and told her how to make a lamp out of it. These guys are awesome. They know what theyre doing and actually care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back for all my future auto repair needs. Thank you guys!

Joe and Bavaria are the best! I needed two tires for the rear of my Maserati and after several attempts to go through the service department at the dealership I called Joe at Bavaria. I had used him previously on other cars and I know from my past experiences that they will not attempt to sell you on repairing anything that you do not really need while keeping safety paramount. No one would touch my Maserati as no one had "state of the art" equipment to handle front mounted wheels and were not authorized to work on such cars. However, Joe quoted me a great price on the tires that included installation which was almost half the cost estimated by the dealer. After ordering the tires, he called me to let me know that the tires were in and I made an appointment. Within less than an hour, his tire expert, Danny, had the tires mounted, the car was test driven, and I was on my way. I have found that Joe and his entire team of experts are extremely honest, fair, and conscientious. They are efficient and I would trust them to do any type of work on any car, particularly, high end cars. In this day and age - honesty and trust are the keys.

I cant say enough great things about Bavaria, Joe, and his excellent team of technicians. They are honest professionals who truly care about the customer. They have market leading tools and technology that rival the dealerships. Their technicians are highly trained and knowledgeable about a wide variety of cars and trucks (not just German cars). And the best thing is that you pay very reasonable prices. You dont pay the 3-5 times dealership markup. To top it off, theyll drop you off at home and pick you up when your car is ready. Theyll communicate with you as often as youd like. This past service on my Porsche, his guys even detailed my car free of charge. I offered to pay for the detail work and he refused! Each and every time I come here for service, my expectations are exceeded. Joe reminds me of the days when service professionals actually cared about their customers. The dealerships care too... about your money. The good folks at Bavaria want you to be happy and loyal and thats what they will have from me. They also earned my 100% trust and confidence. Thank you, Bavaria, for all that you do.

Bavaria and Joe are the best or nothing! One of the rear shocks on my 2015 C250 was bad and needed replacement. The car was being a CPO still under warranty. When I took it to MB of FLL they claimed that was a wear and tear item therefore not covered under CPO or extended warranty (have both). I have had the car for less than a year. I received a quote from MB FLL for over $1000.00 just to replace one shock. Did some research on the internet and found out cost and labor, I could have both replaced for under that. I decided to stop in at Bavaria and spoke to Joe. Not only was Joe courteous and knowledgeable, but he also had a quote for me in less than 5 minutes and sure enough I could change both for the price of one at the “franchise” dealer. I accepted Joe’s recommendation to do both. The car was done in less than 3 hours. It is now riding “on rails”, what a difference. I definitely recommend Bavaria and will use them again for my non “CPO/ Extended warranty” issues.

Been going to Bavaria for 15 years now. This is my 3rd car under Joes care. I bought a 1987 BMW and was referred to Bavaria. Although I lived in Pembroke Pines, I made the trip as I was not getting good service in Pines. You will never meet a more fair and honest owner than Joe. He helps you where ever he can. Had the bearing go on the supercharger. $1500 normal price. Joe found a place that sold just the bearing and my total bill was under $1000. I choose a pro active plan with Joe. I try to have every little thing fixed right away before it becomes major. Might cost a bit more upfront but car runs great! I sold that car and got a 1999 MB 230slk. Always serviced at Bavaria. In 2005 I bought my favorite car ever 2003 MB SLK AMG32. Of course it has been serviced at Bavaria and always runs like it came from the factory. I dont like to recommend people but this is one place I encourage you to go.

Ive been taking my BMWs to Bavaria for over 12 years and I recommend Joe and his team without hesitation. Last November 2016, my car broke down late on a Friday night. I had my car towed to Bavaria and called an Uber to meet me there to take me home. When the Uber driver picked me up at Bavaria, she told me she also takes her car to Bavaria. For the entire 15 minute ride home we talked about what a great guy Joe is and how honest he is, which is hard to find in south Florida (with any profession). Anyway, I had run over a pothole that night and snapped my control arm, I could have taken my car to anyone on Saturday (theres another mechanic less than a block away from me who was open on Saturday) but I chose to rent a car for the weekend and have Joe fix it on Monday. Cant say enough about Joe, his Foreman Allen and the rest of the guys at Bavaria....they do great work.
