Good Mechanics. Bad Front desk person. Each time I went there for an oil change was an white guy at the front desk and He was charging me $21 for an oil change with my oil and filter. Then that white man got replaced with a black woman and She charged me $29. I asked Her why the difference ? After She reviewed my history She took out the $8 overcharge. The next time I went there I asked first the price. she told me $29. I said fine, I suppose to call first but too late. She made the papers and asked me $32 plus tax. Asked why ? you said $29. She said that is $3 for disposal. eventually She took out the $3. each time I go there She add more money to my bill. She said that I said that I will never comeback. I guess She was upset that Im white and I still go there. If youre white you better go to a different place. Is a pity to have good mechanics but bad front desk person.

Worst place ever. If I could give it a minus zero as rating I would. I went there for an alignment. After they charged me, the manager, Leonardo I believe his name was told me that the alignment couldnt be done because of some mechanical issue that the car had. I then asked for a refund, he told me that because they spent time on the car and that the issue didnt come from their end, he would not give me a refund. I had to get the police involved and call my bank to cancel the charge. Please stay away from this place... horrible customer service.

Awesome, my baby shes(my car) having quardale bypass surgery and I am on a budget. Shes there as we speak. I met with MsPearl she rocks very friendly and professional kepts me from being a nervous wreck having a car and a budget is tough. All the mechanic were focus and doing their jobs but also took time to acknowledges the customers as they walked by. I have another appt on friday to check up on my girl so Ill be there. They are top quality.

Since 2009 I have been dealing with Midas. Midas has always had my best interest at hand. At first the prices were out of my range; however, I thank God I spent the money required to keep my van in top shape. I explained to my mechanic what I was experiencing while driving and now I am a happy camper. At my Miami Gardens Midas, I always get quality service and Im always treated with upmost respect. I wish zero stars was an option. Ms. Pearl wasnt in the day I went in to have my rotors and brake pads on the front end of my car done. I didnt get the name of the low lifes that gave me a quote of $732 when the actual dealer I purchased the car from gave me a quote of $407. When I told these losers they were priced $330 higher thats when they wanted to match the price and took forever to let me go. If you dont see Ms. Pearl RUN!!!!

Went to Midas yesterday for a cracked exhaust pipe. The technicians at Midas were extraordinary and very knowledgeable. The woman at the front is extremely friendly, personable and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this Midas, they dont try to rip you off and they are a fully capable and friendly staff. Thank you guys for a fantastic job!

Just went for an oil change and brought my own oil and filter. The guys were awesome and so helpful they rotated my tires as well and explained to me in detail why I need it and also gave me suggestions on how to take care of my car. Fast, friendly service...will definitely be doing all my oil changes here! AJ and Walter youre awesome!

I went to this place to see how much they would charge me to get an 8" pipe welded on to my exhaust system. Just 1 little weld and they told me it was 120 dollars. idk if they pocket the money but thats what I think it is.
