Jon was great he asked me what I needed and delivered great customer service. He had a fee difficulties with another customer but handled it like a PRO that he is. My husband loves my hair. Jon gave it fullness and did an outstanding blow dry. Assisted with pricing and suggestions on new hair colors when requested. I will be returning and urge anyone who would like a great conversation and even better haircut come to SmartStyle and do it right!

Scheduled an appointment even though they had 0 wait time according to the website but when I got there at 6(They close at 8), I was told they couldnt help me because they were too busy. Mind you there was no one waiting. Why have the ability to set appointments online if you are not willing to honor them?
