Agnese at Bella Donna Hair Salon is the ultimate professional. Agneses skill are amazing. I was looking for a new stylist and salon and I found Bella Donna. I read the reviews and took a change. I was placed with Agnese once I made my appointment. I must mention that I wanted to see there flexibility so I made a last minute appointment. First they could not take me with a 15 minute notice but called me back and took me in. I tested Agneses color skills by asking that she cover only my grey and not change the color of my entire head of hair. As a true professional and experienced stylist she GOT IT! The match was perfect. Agnese suggested other services for future visits. I went back and Agnese performed a Balayage highlights and a Keratin Blow out and I was very happy with the outcome. I found the prices fair for each process. I got what I paid for and I love it. The Salon is very nicely styled and the products they use and offer to purchase are of Top Quality. So this place is not cheap. But, Its quality staff, quality products and pristine shop make it a value. I was a client at another Pristine and Amazing Aveda Salon but the product was not working for me this is why the change. I am very particular on products and who does my hair due to the nature of my work. So Agnese and Bella Donna are keepers. Like all things there are areas of improvement but the salon is new and the owner is young but I believe and am hopeful that the first class details will come in the near future. Give them a try you will be pleased.

The first time went to Bella Dona I immediately noticed how fun and outgoing everyones personality was, from the salon owner to hairstylists! An amazing team.  Marcela was absolutely amazing, I got a cut and balayage, she did such an amazing job ….I couldn’t ask for anything better. Marcela has incredible instincts, but also sincerely listens to and acts on her clients requests. She is an unbelievably talented stylist - this is the happiest Ive been with my hair in years, and I look forward to seeing her regularly! She also did an amazing job on my 11 year old daughter. My daughter left the salon with the biggest smile I have ever seen. One thing I really like about the stylists here is that they help one another achieve the best results by asking each other for help when needed in order to meet the clients expectations. That is a true display of teamwork and not being afraid to learn more within their craft. I go into each appointment knowing Im in confident, talented hands and thats not something I can say for salons Ive visited in the past. Thankful to have found Marcela at this gem of a salon where the staff is so friendly and attentive. ! Such a great find! Will be a returning customer!!

I had an appointment at 5pm for a wash, blow dry and style. Didnt get in the chair until 610pm. Then as my stylist is blow drying my hair she asks if my scalp is itchy (I have dry scalp and dandruff) I told her no. As she is combing through my hair she is calling other stylist over to my chair to look at my hair. Me looking clueless as to what is going on, I ask my stylist what seems to be the problem? Not answering my question she walks over to get another stylist to look at my hair. The manager then comes over to tell me that she believes I have lice but is not 100 percent sure and she can no longer service me. Mind you I do not have nor am i around smaller children to obtain lice. The manager, not even waiting till I leave tells the stylist in front of me to throw everything she used on my hair away. Right in front of me!!! I went the next day to a lice specialist and she confirmed that I DO NOT have lice. I will not be returning to this hair salon because of their unprofessional and their disqualification to the situation. My overall experience was TERRIBLE!

I first came to Bella Donna because I needed to get my daughters haircut. I ended up finding an amazing styist in Myles and an extraordianry esthetician in Sophia. First, Myles cut my daughters hair. At the age of 9, she walked out with a quality cut fit for the most sensitve private school crowd. I had been seeing an esthetician for a year before I met Sophia at Bella Donna. She approached me about my skin and told me that she knew I had been having work done. After going over my routine, she gave me a thorough analysis and offered her services. Not only were her rates better, but her service is more personal and the results like that of a plastic surgeon. I say this after a month of following her advice and seeing her every week. Sophia and Myles, youre the best!

I had a horrible experience at Bella Donna Salon, I saw their ad on Facebook, called to make an appointment it took them 2 weeks to get me in and when I finally went in today, I was sent home saying that they wont have enough time to blow dry my hair, Wendy supposed to be doing my hair told me that she can cut my hair, but I will have to go home with wet hair since she has another customer after me, I had specifically asked when they called to confirm my appointment this morning what time they close and if they will have enough time to do my hair, and I was told yes they will since it will be about 2 hours before they close. I am very very upset since I drove 35 minutes to go all the way to them and was sent back eventhough I had an appointment.

NO SHOW! Can you imagine you have and appointment and then NO SHOW by the hair dresser. I was to quick to give a five star. After several appointment the truth of the level of service came out of Agnes. I had a standing two week booked in advance appointment to have my roots done. The night before my appointment Agnes calls to change my appointment with no reason to do so. When I said I couldnt change my appointment but maybe we should do it another day. I was told no "lets keep it the way it is." NO SHOW! WOW so much for appointments. I will go back to Drew James way more professional more expensive but more professional. Just because you look like class doesnt mean you have it.

Do NOT go here.. Ran in to Bella Donnas on there grand opening to get a wax before work on my chin really quick. The ladies were nice and the environment was nice however they do not know what they are doing. The woman who waxed my chin was not well trained and pulled the strip of wax for a mile before she realized it wasnt working. In addition, since she was pulling so much on my skin, I left the salon with pooped blood vessels. Lets just say I was not pleasant going into work. If you want to leave a salon looking good, dont do to Bella Donnas.

I wouldnt even give this salon one star. They like to bait and switch. The service is ok, but I have a problem with being charged an extra thirty five dollars for a simple wash and blow dry. The first two times I went there it was nice, but very, very, very expensive. The third time I went they were advertising a sale. That was when I was wrongly overcharged. To me that is very bad business and I will never go back. I would definately NOT recommend Bella Donna Hair Salon to even my worst enemy. Everyone deserves respect.
