I had TES come out to the house to repair a defective circuit breakers several days after hurricane Matthew came through. I expected it would be days before I could get someone to come out, but the dispatcher said she put me in touch with the technician. He called back right away and they were out at my house within hours. Andy was the technician and he was terrific. He fix the problem promptly, courteously and professionally. I had a very positive experience and would use them again

STAY AWAY!!! Very unprofessional, didnt even show up for the job! I had to call them and the receptionist answered saying "let me find out where they are and Ill call you back" and never did. Called another 8 times and no answer! Finally got a call back 2hrs later and by then it was too late. Save yourself the heartache, they obviously have way too many customers.
