I called Solaris just for an estimate on repairing an outdoor outlet for the septic pump. Rich and his apprentice showed up on time and got straight to work. Rich is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me upfront pricing about the cost of the visit and the repair of the outlet. He explained what the problem was and that it was nothing we did to cause the damage bit rather the poor seals on the outlet box that let the water into the box which caused the damage. He also took the time to wind up the extension cord we had been using, replug in the cable for the septic pump and make a little small talk while finalizing the payment details. All of which hendid not have to do. It is wonderful when a technician treats you like a person and not an idiot. I will be calling Solaris again should I need any more electrical work done on my home.

Dont waste your time. I called last week and got an appointment to check my breaker box for Friday morning the woman in the office said the electrician would call me in the morning never received a call. So I called them at 2 pm asking if they were still going to be able to come and she said yes they were behind and assured me I was next on the list. I never received a call or visit. I called back Tuesday to schedule a new appointment and they did the same thing. So now this is 2 days of work Ive missed waiting on them. How unprofessional.

Excellent! My main panel needed to be replaced after temporary repairs made by another electrician failed. Richard asked if I could send him a picture of my current panel and he was at my house within a couple hours and replaced the entire panel. I was amazed at how fast he was finished and also how clean his work was. Solaris was one of 4 electricians that I called and not only did Richard commit to having it finished the same day, he also came in with the best price. If I ever need electrical work in the future, Solaris gets the job.

I had a fault in my garage circut. I tried figuring it out myself, but, couldnt locate it. Called Solaris Electric based upon the Google Reviews I read. I also told the lady at the office I had bad experiences with other electrical companies in the past. A gentleman named Richard showed up. Very nice, professional, very knowledgeable. Trouble shot and fixed the issue quickly. I ask for Richard for my next project for sure. Thank you for making the experience a great one.

Richard Giraldo knows exactly what the customer wants to accomplish the job and his suggestions on how to light up the space required was perfect!. He put in a extra line to power my back patio and outdoor fan with light for my pergola. The on/off switch location to turn these on is very convenient and hidden from site.My guests and wife were amazed when I powered up my string lights and fan. Solaris and Richard were great to work with. We were installing a TV and drilled into a wire and needed service quick to make sure there was no serious damage. We called Solaris on Saturday morning and Richard was there for the emergency call by 2:30pm on the same day. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. He found the issue and luckily is was nothing serious. We will use Solaris again to put in ceiling fans and lights later this year. Highly recommend!

First time I used Solaris they were great. I have currently been trying to reach them for another job and nobody will return calls or even answer the phone! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are other companies out there that will actually return a customers phone call. Some of them even answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and save the headache, find someone else.
