I went to the DeBary Post Office because a package was deliver to my old address in Debary. I was informed on that day after living in DeBary for 6 years that the Debary Post Office was not a post office it was a Post Office Store yes that expression when you think WTF? and It was from the man that we all know that loves his chewing gum. I have never in my life ever met a ruder man. I am sorry but when you work with the public dont chew gum ITS RUDE!!!. SO all you old Neighbors that live in DeBary your post office is in Orange City not DeBary because there only a "Store" even tho on 17-92 it has a sign for POST OFFICE. I have never in the 6 years of living in DeBary had a pleasant experience in that "Store"

Debary Post Office is INCOMPETENT AND DO NOT DO THEIR JOB!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN IN THERE 4 TIMES SINCE DEC. 2015 REQUESTING AND FILLING OUT FORMS THAT THEY STOP FORWARDING MY MAIL BUT THEY WILL NOT COMPLY. Now just two weeks ago I ordered a Certified Death Certificate for my husband that passed so I could continue to receive his retirement benefits but, of course, it did not come and was forwarded back to my old address. Now my income has stopped and I blame it on the incompetent workers they have in the DEBARY POST OFFICE. Since these are government workers how do we hold them accountable. They are not interested in doing a good job as they have no competition. 4/4/16

Waiting for package that was out for delivery today, but for some reason the package went back to Orange City, instead of being delivered. That was at 11:35 today. Why didnt it go back to DeBary? Bad service. I think someone wanted off early for the holiday. Biggest question, why wasnt it delivered????? LAZY

This Debary post office is a disaster. Nothing good to say about it. Though I live just around the corner, I drive the extra distance to go to the Orange City location. They are the most courteous , friendly, and efficient bunch of employees.
