The tracking service said our package was out for delivery, so we opened our gate early in the morning and stayed home all day so we would not miss the delivery. Then at 3pm, I received a text update saying "tried to deliver, but no access". The driver simply did not want to deliver and falsified his report to make it look like he tried to deliver. We can not leave the gate open tomorrow since well be gone..., so now well have to go to the post office and pick up ourselves. Aggravating.

This is definitely government work. They replaced my community mail box (awesome) they leave a note on it that says pick up keys at post office. So I got off work early just to go get the keys, as i need to receive my mail to pay bills. They dont even have the keys. Why would you put the note and hold peoples mail hostage for keys you dont have. And the idiot manager couldnt even give me my mail. How incompetent and inconvenient, thanks

I cant say enough of how Professional and Kind the employees are at the Orange City post office. I had a package that was sent to wrong address and they went over and beyond tracking it for me and was deliver to me the next day! Thank You all for the Help. If they had a 10 Star rating they would of got it from me.

I prefer the old reliable every day of the week and this is,a fast location usually my only complaint is that they should have self pay postage in the lobby again.
