I wouldnt be surprised if the pony express was faster than this "postal service." Everyone I know has a bad time using this joke of a company. I ordered my package on march 29th 2015, the expected delivery was april 2nd, 2015. Even though it was "2 day priority mail" but whatever. Two days come by. Nothing. The next day comes along, nothing. The next day, nothing. This is now my fifth day waiting for "2 day mail." Its now 3 oclock and the mail has already come by, nothing. UPS or Fedex are both much better options.

After waiting in line (4 days before Christmas--you can imagine how long), the woman at the counter (the one with long, dyed-blonde hair; cant say anything about the others) told me I needed to go pick up an address label (about 10 feet away). So I went to go grab one, and she told me, as if I was being rude, to move my stuff from her counter because she "needs room to work" and then called the next person in line. I guess she expected me to wait in line AGAIN. I left and went to UPS.

HORRIBLE!!! I went a month ago to open a PO Box, the lady at the counter was very rude and ignorant asking me for a lease, there was nothing on the online order form that said you needed a lease to open a box. 2 proofs of ID were required, a lease is NOT a requirement. Made things SO much more difficult than needed to be, I have NEVER had a problem with ANY other postal office. It is small and careless. Im on a waiting list for another postal office box, forget that!

I dropped off 4 billS in the box on 10/4/16 that had my visa card number on them and one never arrived at the vendor and GUESS WHAT.... an USPS employee took the bill and when shopping on my card number at Big Lots on 11/12/16 trying to bug $50 gift cards! THIEVES WORK HERE! DONT EVER MAIL ANY BILLS FROM THIS LOCATION.

DONT EVER GO THERE. COMPLETE MORONS who sent me to the wrong "Real Post Office" because thats what the dumb lady there told me. They dont have letter carriers so go to University & SR 436 which was the WRONG ONE. So I wasted all that time because of stupidity but what else do you expect from a US Agency right?

Checked out the local prices of PO boxes & this one had the other post offices beat pretty bad. Did the lease online, walked in, and got my box in under 10 minutes. Everyone has been very nice when getting my oversized packages. No problems.. Yet!
