On January 20th, 2015 (the Tuesday after the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday), we did not get our mail at all. It usually comes between 1:00pm and 1:30pm. I was told, when I called at 3:30pm that the carrier on my route had to cover more than one route today and he was running an hour behind. The bad thing was that my paycheck, which cannot be direct deposited due to us only having two employees, always comes in Mondays mail. Due to the holiday, I figured it was still fine because I dont have any automatic payments coming out until the morning of the 21st. Now I will not get my mail until this afternoon (the 21st); some of my automatic payments will be sent back by then. What a mess Im in now! I rely on that check getting here every Monday. Do you think Ill be reimbursed the charges...Im sure not a chance.

So the city does not have a competent road crews . My street has been only plowed 2 times this entire winter. Which is dangerous for the carriers to deliver. which in turn the carriers do not have to deliver at any given point without explanation to the people.(my permanent carrier is wonderful) whenever she is off there have been an entire week when at a time ,we didnt recieve mail.These people in office, (not the Counter people) are just plan rude ,and seems the enjoy having that power ,not having to give an explanation. Im 100% sure those that work there ,dont live on any local routes.

The only way to get a hold of anyone at the post office is by going in. The phone is always busy, and Im convinced that they just leave it off the hook so they dont have to take calls. When something requires a signature they dont bother checking to see if someone is home they just leave a pink slip to let you know you can pick it up. When I do go to pick a package up the staff acts like they hate their lives and are not pleasant to speak with. Overall I have not had a good experience with this post office and unfortunately switching post offices is not an option.

Never had a problem getting packages from our post office before. A nice lady would put them on our porch. Our mailbox is at the end of our driveway on a busy street. Our package today was shoved in our mailbox. Did not fit in our box, hanging out for the world to see. Suprised that it wasnt stolen. Then I would have to deal with the company that I bought it from for a replacement. How fair is that for my time & the company that shipped it to me? A loss for us, but not the delivery driver. Not a happy customer. I posted a pic on the website.

I waited 25 minutes on hold Bc they lied and said they tried to deliver my package Sunday and couldnt gain access to my door saying I live in a gated community or have a security access, which isnt at all true. And I finally got someone to answer after getting a recording saying my call couldnt be received at this time to try again later. And now theyre arent picking up at all, and I still cant find out anything about my package. I feel like they take the phone off of the hook so they dont have to answer.

A Massillon postal delivery clerk that is an anti-gun advocate uses their position to regularly disrupt deliveries. They ship packages back to sender for real and imagined addressing errors although the clerk knows exactly the address they are bound for since they service it everyday. Complaints have been given to the local Postmaster who seems unwilling or unable to discipline the clerk for letting personal prejudice disrupt high cost priority mail deliveries!

So far, things are usually delivered on time to my house, although I have had a few come late. Today I went in to try to pickup a package that was marked as "ready for pickup", sadly it was not there... I went home disappointed and called when I saw it hadnt come by 3 PM, but it did come later on in the evening after I called, oddly. Overall, I give this rating because the people on the phone and inside were both very professional and kind.

I have been trying for over a week to call this number and get in touch with someone in this area and I have not been able to speak to anyone. The only person who was of any help was an older man from another areas post office, who funny enough was incredibly condicending and rude. The help I got was to be directed back to this number... which by the way is ALWAYS busy, and I can not just go to this post office as i live in Cleveland now.

Our mail carrier is absolutely horrible with package delivery. She has put our mail on hold a number of times because she "claimes" out mailbox is full after only 4 days. Very frustrating considering we live 25 minutes away. I feel like she does it even more now because I have called and complained. Never had this problem ever in 16 years of living In North Canton. Very frustrated!

I have had a lot of problems with this post office not delivering mail and parcels. I have called and complained and was told it would be delivered the following day and a week has gone by and no parcel. They do not answer there phones. I would never ship anything through the post office. Completely unreliable and unprofessional and irresponsible with the mail.

Massillon post office is a total joke. No one answers the phone. Called every minute for 1 hour. Busy. They lose hand delivered letters to supervisors. Dont return phone calls after stating they will check and call back. Sad. Less people and businesses sending mail but price of stamps continue to go up.

The postal service sucks...they have been holding my mail because a board on the opposite side of my porch is broke and u dont even walk there...now some bills have gone into collections because of them because I never got them...ass holes!

Terrible service, packages get lost and never arrive in a timely manner. Almost always damaged. Sent something back to a manufacture through Massillon USPS and it sat at their facility for almost 2 weeks before being shipped out!

The people here are rude, condescending and completely have no consideration for anyone. They have a number but you cant get threw and when you tell the workers there that they get even nastier with you then they were before.

Overall I think they do a good job. The post office itself is modern and offers the services needed for your shipping needs. I have never had a problem with the carriers, sometimes mistakes happen, but they are human.

4 different visits trying to locate a certified letter I was sent. The post office cant locate it and im supposed to call the sender to say the post office lost it! Are you kidding me?
