Let me start by saying I do a lot of USPS shipping. Close to 20 parcels a week. I have had a lot of experience with different post offices and understand how they are supposed to work. I come in with all of my packages with prepaid shipping already taped up and ready to go. I just need a place to drop them off. I have been to many post offices across the US and FL especially. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to and it just so happens to be the one walking distance from my apartment building (.1 miles) For some reason at this location there is no drop mail box to put letters or parcels in outside of the building or anywhere on site. However there is a fed ex and UPS drop box right out front... So I can not mail any packages or letters at this post office unless it is open. Their door says the lobby portion is the only part open on Saturdays until 2. This past Saturday I arrived at 11 and tried to mail a package (8 ounces) however slot labeled packages which was wide enough to fit my package was bolted shut. I found out today that that slot is permanently bolted shut for some reason. I decide to bring my packages up to the front desk to get a receipt and speak to a person who might be able to enlighten me as to why they make dropping off a package so difficult. ( other post offices have several options) The older caucasian woman at the desk gave me an attitude and was rude. She didnt make eye contact with me once as I asked her nicely about the lack of a drop bin. She never once lifted her head up from what she was working on to talk to me and treated me like I was stupid. "go to the website and make a comment if you have a problem." I am not surprised to see the abundance of other one star reviews for this facility. Avoid it if you can.

I am disgusted by the treatment I received from the older woman with red hair that is supposed to be a customer service representative regarding my Media Mail. Not only was her attitude revolting she also had no BASIC knowledge of what media mail is. I have shipped several media mail parcels from this location and never had the displeasure of having her as a representative. I am so frustrated by her terrible attitude and demeanor that I rather mail my parcel out from a a different post office. I have also filed a formal complaint. I am not surprised that several other people have similar complaints. The post office needs to reevaluate their staff. This is a customer service position there is never a time to meet a customer with a bad attitude for absolutely no reason. I said hello to no response and was immediately given an attitude and zero eye contact.

Theres a lady thats part of the staff at this post office that is very rude. Asked her a question regarding the fact that this post office is the only one I have been to that doesnt have an outside OR an inside drop box. So, if you want to drop off packages, you have to take them to the front desk. She states that these are new regulations? Definitely not pleased with the service and believe something should be done.

The lady working behind the counter at the post office named Sherri was the worst customer service Ive ever received in my 50+ years and she had an attitude and was real snotty at answering my questions that I had about a letter on a PO Box verification I dont see how she still working for the post office as snotty as she was

They dont answer the phone but require appointments for the service I am requesting???? What a prime example of how not to do business. EDIT: Im going sit here and let the phone ring all day. Step 1: Plug headphones into the phone. Step 2: Dial the number. Step 3: Let it ring forever while I work. Step 4: Profit.

I been calling your location since 1145a & no answer. It was ringing then sounds like someone answered but never said anything, after 15mins of no response I felt like I should try & call again after lunch time (1p) & now all I get is a busy tone. How do I ask questions if I cant reach anyone at your location?????

Rude female worker who did not care at all that 2-day shipping packages were not delivered in over 4 days nor were there any notices were left (as stated on their tracking website) after she admitted that the carrier could not get in the building to even leave a notice.

I am here usually twice a week and usually the service is great and quick. But today after waiting an hour I had the unfortunate luck of getting the older white lady with grey hair. She is absolutely wretched. Im using the Mills location from now on.

The office itself is magically beautiful! It reminds me of Santas Workshop inside!! :) As for the staff, yeah... The old lady is nasty as can be, but its essentially the DMV --dont expect kindness.

DO NOT TRY AND CALL THIS OFFICE, IT SEEMS THAT THEY LEAVE THE PHONE OFF OF THE HOOK, OR TURN IT OFF SO THAT ALL YOU GET IS A BUSY SIGNAL, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY
