I came to Crossfit Berzerk 4 years ago, looking for a challenge. I was scooped up, trained, and loved. I was told I could when I thought I couldnt. My abilities have increased greater than I could imagine, because of the coaches who stand beside me. I am in the best shape of my life, thanks to Crossfit Berzerk. We have the best health conscious community and want all to join us in the pursuit of fitness.
