Ive been going to Anastasia Fit for three years, which is obviously too long, because Im writing this. Things have gone downhill. The staff is extremely unprofessional, and immature. In their defense, the majority are under 30. Why have a male heavy staff under 30 ? Cheaper than people with years of experience. Smart business, right ? Not for me, as a member. I will NEVER forget over hearing one of the trainers commenting to a friend that he would " consider me ", if I lost 30 pounds. That was 2 and a half years ago, and I will never forget it. Anyway. If you have a complaint about having to tolerate the moderately autistic brother of the owner, whose there working what seems like 100 hours a week, & who, bless his heart, is mean as hell sometimes to members sometimes without meaning to be, be prepared to have your membership threatened by the manager who is NEVER there anymore. If you have a problem with your trainer womanizing clients, be prepared to be gas lit about it happening at all. On the plus side, they have the only heated pool in the area. Ive been a member of a gym since I was 15, and this is the saddest excuse for a fitness facility Ive ever experienced. Icing on the cake, a third of their machinery is BROKEN. Adios Sta Fit.

Anastasia Fitness is a wonderful gym. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are a variety of excellent fitness classes offered for those who enjoy taking classes, and the instructors are top notch. The gym is very well-maintained and clean. My children (1 1/2 and 5) enjoy the child care center and are very well taken care of there. Thank you to Kevin and staff for the gift of fitness you provide to your members.

This place receives NO stars in my opinion. Henry, one of the instructors there threatened my 81 year old stepfather when he was coming out of the locker room. The owner Kevin assured me there would be a proper apology made for this incident. No apology was ever made which questions his ability to control his staff. Theres enough abuse in nursing homes, its terrible you cant go to the fitness center and get verbally abused.

This is by far the best gym Ive ever been apart of. The members and staff really make you feel like your apart of your own little gym community. They are always helpful and friendly. The classes are great and the owner truly pays attention to the needs of the member. His kilos and craft get together is just one prime example of how he enjoys encorporating fitness with fun. I recommend this gym to all ages.

I love this gym. I joined when it was called The Refinery. I dont like mega gyms and the new owners seem to work hard in making it a great place to workout! Im very happy here and would recommend it to anyone!

Really nice gym, they have everything....from an outside pool to weights outside next to the pool for extreme weight lifting...plus the staff are super helpful. Definitly check it out!

OK. Expensive for outdated equipment. But does the trick. Otherwise, youll have to go to World Gym which is a huge joke.
