contacted this company to replace my cracked windscreen, four months down the road, a crack appears again in the very exact spot, following the same path, the before and after photos were identical. It should be noted also that my car was parked for three weeks as I was overseas. I noted the crack when I was picked up on my return from travel. All 4 passengers in the car stated that there were no cracks when they left home. The company technician came after several calls to check the crack, in fact they had me waiting at home on the 20th for a technician who stated that he came the Friday even though he was told I would not be home - the verdict t it was a new crack and I would need to submit another claim to my insurance company, needless to say, they indicated that they would be happy to contact my insurance company regarding the claim ( I just bet they would). I requested another examination as I still did not believe that the car was hit by a stone - it was possible but highly probable that it would be the same spot and that the crack would follow the same path. The technician came to my work location today to see the car, after standing in the sun to direct him where to come and also to park ( as he had passed the entrance) he stops a few feet from where I was standing ( it appeared to be a stand off) the window was tinted so I could not see the individual , I beckoned to him where to park as there was an open parking space right beside my car. Having had not response I walked over to what I assume was the drivers side, he proceeded to roll the window down and without any formalities asked which is your car? I responded and mid-way through telling him he could park beside my car he rolled up the window and moved off to park . He came out of the van and proceeded over to my car, still without acknowledging that I stood there, no greeting, name - customer service formalities were totally disregarded. He took pictures with his phone and stated it was hit with a stone and based on where it was I would not have noticed. Constant driving and parking in the sun caused the crack to move and that it would continue unless fixed. I again stated that I did not see any dent, I was instructed to run my fingers over the spot he was pointing to and I would feel it. This was followed with " I am a professional and I know what I am talking about". I assured him that I was not disputing that he was a professional but I am one too in my own right before I was able to complete what I was saying he very quickly stated but not in this area and i was to listen to him as he knew what he was talking about. I again indicated that I was not questioning his knowledge but I was not satisfied with the explanation, he mentioned that the windscreen was indeed changed because the parking decal was torn. At this point I disagreed with his reasoning - I told him that the decal was moved from a previous car to this one and nothing was changed on the car so decals can be removed quite easily and so is not a viable justification. He then informed that he is not going to argue with me as he had other jobs to do, he would contact his management and I could discuss the issue with them. So, in addition to very poor and somewhat questionable job, poor customer service - I have had to deal with the most unpleasant and rude technician ever. Our security personnel stood observing, stood holding the door for me as I reentered the building and inquired if I was ok or if I deed his assistance. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone nor will i use them again. Service is questionable and customer service poor. Had it not been for the sign on the van I would not have know this gentleman worked for the company as he never identified himself. I do not have the option not to select a star or else I would have. Consumers beware!

For a long time, they have been a well known place for one to receive poor quality repairs . Im finally writing a review on the poor service given to me back in Oct. 2010. Begrudgingly, I took my Jetta to them after the Geico rep made it sound like I had no other choice. The hood was not adjusted to be flush when closed. There was paint over-sprayed on the window trim and in various places, and the body work on the front right wheel well was left jagged and uncovered. Worst of all, they took apart my driver door and did a terrible job putting it back together. The door wouldnt unlock with just one pull of the door handle, I always had to pull it two times. The speakers in the door werent placed properly and soon stopped working. The door wouldnt close with the same smoothness or sound and made a slight rattling noise. Finally, the computers didnt recognize when the door would open, which is quite annoying as the interior lights, VWs autolocking function, and vehicle alarm were all affected. Id write a review on the horror story that my brother went through, but I think Ive said enough. DONT take your car here, unless all of the personnel from 2006-2012 have been replaced with amazingly skilled workers.

When i arrived at the shop I was greeted with the most professional service. The employee I was approached by is George Brumblow. I have had some pretty bad experiences with other businesses involving car repair. He was so courteous and way above knowledgeable about his job. I loved the fact that he made our experience at his shop made me feel as if I were at home. The facility was so clean and i got a free cup of coffee when i was there. i would totally recommend the service and quality of this establishment to anyone that needs repairs. Took my car here because I was hit by a deer (yes the deer is fine) which completely destroyed my front fender. They fixed it up like it never happened - car looks amazing. John even touched up some scratches that had nothing to do with the accident for free. Would take my car back here for sure - very friendly and easy. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped off the car. Thanks again!

They took me for a ride. They say they buffed and painted the front but the bus from my trip were still on the car. It looked no different than when I dropped it off. The plastic grill piece was cracked and they didnt replace it. Seriously seems to me they changed the battery and charged me $420, just within my insurance........coincidence.... No. They will absolutely take advantage of you.

Horrible. Years later I am still noticing damage done during my so called Repair. I cant even imagine kind of job was done to the parts I cant see. Had to take it back originally three times to get it barely acceptable. Unless you have not a care in the world as to the appearance band quality of repairs to your vehicle stay as far away from this place as possible!
