The customer service is just wow!!! I went in for a dint on my bumper after I was rear-ended and got a broken mirror fixed and a new battery put in. I loved the attention paid to my cars needs; the customer service is pure quality!!! And best of all the extra work suggested by Steve O’Dell the owner (very Polite who greeted me and looked at my car) didn’t empty my pockets. The setup is great with the insurance office right by the main office and the rental car ready for me right then and there. I was explained what was going to be done to my car and I was given a pamphlet with simple explanations and cards for the insurance Adjuster Tom, Steve O’Dell with Artistic Body Works and Clifton with Enterprise in case I needed to contact them. Why don’t all body shops make it this easy!!! This was the second time I was rear-ended and let me tell you the first time was such a hassle, took half a day to get picked up by the rental and finally get in to a rental and the same to drop it off. I was just amazed this time around and was not expecting it to be so easy. I am thinking about taking my car back for other little cosmetic things I would like done to it. And maybe even changing my insurance to Geico because they did such a great job and work with such great shops like Artistic Body Works. I am soooo recommending this place to friends and family!!!

I took my vehicle to get my side mirror checked.I was just going in for an estimate. They fixed it for free!!Which I was so worried on what the cost may be. I am so thankful for the team and for the kindness of Steve ODell. I cant believe how nice they were. I am so grateful!
