Recently I had work done on my vehicle at Bainbridge Body Shop and as usual I am extremely satisfied with the service that was completed. I have been taking my vehicles to Bainbridge Body Shop for 20+ years for all my collision service needs. The hardest part about having any service done is finding someone that is trustworthy, reliable and will do a great job. Fortunately I have found that place! Whenever the need arises, this is one decision that I do not need to second guess. I know that the work will be done to my satisfaction every time (and that is not an easy task). Also the staff is always professional and helpful. I also just learned that Bainbridge Body Shop has also opened up a mechanical shop. This is great news because I am always skeptical about taking my car in for services to other places and (hoping that they really did the oil change like they said). Now I will have no more worries, the next service appointment I make will be at Bainbridge Mechanical and expect that I will get the same excellent service that I have received over the years. I would highly recommend that you give Bainbridge Body Shop a try the next time you need any service. Marty T.

Been taking my vehicles to another shop in the area for years, and am very happy with the service they give me. I recently broke down on the highway, and called Bainbridge Towing to have my vehicle towed to MY SHOP OF CHOICE. What I dont appreciate, is the tow truck driver bad mouthing my repair shop, and refusing to take my car there. If your service is so wonderful, you wouldnt need to talk bad about other businesses to make yours look good. There is plenty of business to go around, and talking bad about another, just makes you look like a fool. This was my first, and last experience with this place. I have heard from others who have had the same experience when requesting their car be towed to another business. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves, talk bad all you want about all the other businesses in the area, word gets around, and its your business that will suffer in the end

I have never been more blatantly ripped off in my life. Please read!!!! I called and asked how much a 4 wheel alignment costs. They said $69.00 plus tax. I said ok and made an appointment for 2pm. I came in, confirmed the price, and they began working on the car. After 40min they said they cannot align the car. Then they said they can. The tech came back with my car and said the test drive was good. I asked if the car is still pulling to left, he said he cant tell on these roads. He then said the boss told him not to do the rear tires. The boss said the price is $89 for a 4 wheel alignment and that my back tires didnt really need it. He then charged me $64 to supposedly align my front tires. My car still pulls to the left and the tread noise is still there. The blatantly ripped me off. Do not go here. Liars, cheaters!

Ive had the unfortunate luck to require Bainbridge bodyshops services 4 times since November 2015, including almost having my 2010 Mazda CX-9 totaled after the first accident. Each time Dave and Dusty did all of the work with my insurance company to get y car back, and in better condition than it was in prior to each accident. Today I traded my CX-9 in ( 4 accidents in ~14 mnths I needed new luck). I was given full KBB value as if the car had never been in an accident. The dealer very specifically told me that it had been repaired expertly each time!

I have had 3 cars repaired at Bainbridge Body in the past 15 years and have been extremely satisfied with each repair. They have great attention to detail and handle everything from dealing with the insurance company to get quality parts put into your car instead of cheap inferior parts, arranging for a rental car to be waiting for me when I dropped my car off, and superior work the last repair they fixed well over 50 hail marks from my one year old car and I was amazed that there was no evidence of fail damage once they returned the vehicle.

I took my 1997 Jeep to them and they were so nice. After taking it somewhere else, I decided to try Bainbridge Auto Body on Washington and Snyder in Chagrin Falls. They are knowledgeable, friendly and know what they are doing. They are now my new one and only repair shop I will trust working on my jeep . Dusty, his dad and everyone there go out of their way to solve your problem. And theyre very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Anne Mitroff

Ive been using them for years on body work when something happens. Great family owned and operated shop. Im really excited they are now doing maintainance as well. I just got brand new tires on my SUV and brand new brakes. The service was fast and better yet inexpensive. I compared with who I used to do my maintainance and saved me hundreds. Thanks again.

Excellent craftsmanship. I nearly totaled my car in a accident but my insurances covered my damages and bainbridge body shop did a amazing job at fixing my car and making it look better then it originally was.Great job guys.
