This dealership is a joke. I purchased my 2014 Ford Fusion Se at this location back in November 2015 and I recently brought the vehicle in for service due to a water leak originating from the trunk. After inspecting the vehicle, an associate named Eddie claimed that the leak was coming from my vehicles firewall. This was an obvious attempt to scam/exploit me. I had the vehicle fixed for the same issue in the past when my vehicle was covered under warranty and they told me that if it was the same issue, it would be fixed at no cost to me, but if not, I would have to pay. This is why they attempted to scam me. Unbeknownst to them, I checked the vehicle prior to bringing it for service and I found the leak coming clearly from the trunk. Had my F150 in for oil change, transmission service, and a new set of tires. When I picked up my truck I noticed that the reminder sticker had not been changed and the vehicle service information indicating oil life had not been reset. When I checked with my service advisor he thought it was done but had to check with the service technician to make sure. When he could not find the technician both him and the service manager did personal check the oil and assured me that the oil was changed. This is not a big thing but its part of the service process and is a very useful tool to use for having your vehicle serviced on time. Other than that I have always had a great experience with Alan jay ford service.

Salesman Jeremiah was easy to work with. They didnt try to push me into a car, he asked me my needs and if anything particular stood out to me. A test drive and a few questions later, we started working on a deal to put me in my new car! Santiago the financial advisor was able to do some magic with the banks to get me the financing that I needed, due to the fact that I am currently working on getting my credit back up to par, from some bad life decisions when I was younger. I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of my vehicle and the service I received!

I have been here a few times and have already bought 2 of my cars from Allen Jay as long as they stay as professional as they are the more I will come back and I will recommend anyone go to Allen Jay Ford at any time. If we have a question they have an answer, If we need a ride while they work on anything or even when I needed to go to work I always get one from them . They even let us drive the new cars home to further test drive it and come back in the next morning. Love the courtesy and Professionalism

Late August 2014 was my first time purchasing a car from a car dealer. My sales person was Alex Chong he was very knowledgeable about my vehicle I purchased. He was very helpful and made everything clear to understand. I would highly recommend him to family and friends along with the Alan Jay Ford dealer. I have had my vehicle serviced multiple times at this location. I have not always been satisfied with the customer service, but I was blown away this time. Jeannette Schaefer was outstanding. I was so thrilled with the way she treated me and will always ask for her in the future. She really is a great asset to Alan Jay. I also want to include the red-head who was working at the Cashier station. She was outstanding as well and just a joy to work with. Keep up the great work!

I went to this dealership to buy a used car. The car was at a good price and ran great. I have absolutely no problem with what they are trying to sell. When we tried to leave because we could not afford the car, the salesman followed us out to the car, got right up next to our window and stared at us the whole time while we backed out. The salesmen are very manipulative and pushy. However, if you do not mind pushy salesmen, I would say this is an excellent dealership.

These people are the real deal: Wife and I were in a real bind; the brakes on our caravan were metal on metal (scary), and we had to make the Amtrak train in Sanford the next day. There we were, with out of town plates; and these people could not have been nicer. They replaced our front brakes for a very reasonable price...highest recommendation, very professional...5 out of 5 stars. They are in my address book under "Auto Oasis".

Our 13 month old vehicle was beaten up by a golf cart recently. Our insurance company suggested we use Alan Jay Ford Lincoln for the repairs and we could not be happier. Our vehicle was repaired within a week and you would never know there had been an accident. They even finished the job 24 hours earlier than expected. The office staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Theyre on our list if we ever need body work again.

Out of ALL Ford dealerships to go to, I always choose Alan Jays in Sebring. I had a recent electrical problem that not even their techs could figure out. Usually people would complain but I was still pleased with how they handled it. Eddy is always the best guy to deal with and they never charge idiot fees or do things that force you to return. Even though my problem was unsolvable, I still have great appreciation to all of them.

The service was very good and quick with one exception, the cleaning. They were to was the car but hadnt the the service manager brought it back. When I received the car the wash was less than adequate. I watch the man washing my car and it looked like he was prepping it for a wash. Anyway, I am hoping the actual service was a few grades above the quality of the car wash.

The customer service rep was overly zealous in her efforts to receive a 5 star rating and that could have been overlooked. It was the courtesy wash that was a bust. I drive a really good looking F150. The wheels were never touched. When those wheels sparkle other people see my "FORD F150" and I would say thats the best advertising for Alan Jay!
