I came here after I was rear ended and my exhaust was jammed into my car, a P.T. Cruiser, and my fuel line was pinched in between the suspension and much more damage. I had no idea what kind of damage was done to the car. The owner, John Beclay, personally looked at my car when I brought it in 5 minutes before they closed. He stayed after hours with me to explain what was wrong with my car and teach me a little about the insides of my car. Then he explained the process of claiming insurance. This was my first time in an accident and everybody at Geauga Unibody was willing to teach me about everything that was going on. I wasnt too sure how to get a rental car and if I would be able to since I was under 21 years of age. I came in the next day and they had figured out my rental car situation. They called Enterprise, scheduled me for a car, and did all of the work for me so I wasnt inconvenienced at all. They had the car delivered to them for convenience to me. When I arrived to pick the car up they had filled out all of the paperwork for me and all I needed to do was sign my name. Then they even gave me a quick tour around the car. Telling me everything I needed to know about it. The repair was very quick for the amount of damage that had been done. They had to order new parts and paint them. When I got my car back I didnt notice a single thing different. It looked brand new. They even took the time to vacuum the inside of my car for me. It was a very great experience all around. From their warm, welcoming customer service to their speed but thorough repairs.

Unfortunately I have been in and out of this shop for the past 5 years due to multiple accidents which I was not at fault in, and a few insurance claims due to hail damage and storm damage. The staff at Geauga Unibody is always looking to help out and provide the best service possible at their own expense. They did amazing work on my BMW. They do not settle for aftermarket parts that will not make your car look perfect when it is delivered back to you. The staff are the friendliest people you could ask to do business with. I drove the extra 15 miles to use them as opposed to a few places I could have used right by my house.
