I was in an accident with my 5 month old car. While I went to the hospital, my husband went through our insurance to have my vehicle towed to Caliber Collision. They had two tries to get my vehicle fixed correctly. The first try, they brought it to my house after guaranteeing it was done, only for us to find that the whole front end was not put back together correctly,m. They scratched my driver’s side door and damaged the wheel well on that side. The accident damage was to the passenger side of the vehicle. There were bubbles in the new paint job, also. I sent the vehicle back to the collision center. They called me 5 days later to have me pick my vehicle up. They did not fix any of the issues and the manager I dealt with was extremely condescending. After speaking with my husband and insurance company, I took my vehicle without signing off on. My insurance company sent me to a different auto body center that fixed all of the issues with my vehicle correctly and billed Collision Caliber for everything. I suggest that you find somewhere else more reputable to fix your vehicle.

Follow up with my cadillac ripped front seat, after 3 weeks of waiting for this estashbisment to correct the ripped front seat done while under there care, Adam finally made it happen and the issue was corrected today 11/3/2012 at fountain auto mall, as i was informed oberrys tried changing the front seat sensor and ripped it. But tried to blame them. Well the seat is back to were it should be a new leather seat cover was professionally instalked quickly. To all bringing cars to oberrys please be careful and check really good. Also dont allow allstate insurance to recommend this place they took forever just to correct a simple issue they created themself 3 weeks to correct a tore car seat cause by them... Something to think about before you bring your car to this place. I must confess the bodywork they did was good but tending to the above issue ruined the whole experince.

Horrible experienced ! Never ever take your car to this placed to get fixed. We took lir car there and when we went to pick it up , it wasnt even done the right way. You still can see the dents on the car even worse the back bumper was supposed to get replaced and they never did replaced. They charged the insuranced 2500 plus when the car wasnt fixed at all. The guy was always giving us excuses that they were getting the back bumper and never never call us back to get the back bumper fixed. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

Kept telling me one more part was coming in. Ended up getting my vehicle back with part still missing. Still havent gotten part in. Going thru insuance company to have everything fixed correctly. Headlight was supposed to be replaced but was just repaired with epoxy and looks like crap. Also bent a bracket and paint is chipped off. This part will rust. These are just visible problems. Not sure what they halfassed behind what I cant see.

Came by here about a month and a half ago or so and couldnt have asked for more. My 2016 Tacoma took a nasty hit to the truck bed and they left my truck looking like nothing ever happened. It looked the same as when I bought it months before, with the inside completely cleaned out and the outside washed immaculately. I was really pleased with the service I received. Only issue was getting them to coordinate with my insurance.

I had the front end of my truck repaired and later discovered the windscreen washer bottle was full of holes caused by the wreck .They had completely missed this and blamed the adjuster for not listing it on the estimate . They must have had their eyes closed to miss it .Makes me wonder what else they missed .I had to repair it out of pocket as i didnt find it for several months after . Last time I do business with them

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LEFT MY CAR FOR 2 DAYS THEN WORK WAS CRAP AND VERY BAD ,NEVER SEEN ANY BODYWORK SO BAD, ADAM WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE BUT THE LADY IN THE FRONT DESK SEEM TO NOT LIKE HER JOB AT ALL CONSIDERING SHE IS WORKING IN THE FRONT DESK SHE SURELY NEEDS A COURSE IN CUSTOMERS SERVICE..STILL NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK ..I REGRET BRINGING MY CAR IN O BERRYS ..WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

Never again!! Save yourself the weeks of aggravation and go somewhere else. The short story is when they were done with my vehicle the first time around, the workmanship was so poor it should have been considered a hate crime. weeks later, Im still trying to get it fixed to the point where I had to get the insurance company involved.

Ive worked there too and this place is as corrupt as they come. Ive pulled off so many shortcuts to make a quick delivery which can lead to poor quality control. I would not reffer this place to anybody. Poor employer/employee relations, employee compensation, communication, overall unsatisfactory and unacceptable.

My cousin Daisy was in an accident in her Honda Pilot. They did a phenomenal job on the repairs! They had a cozy waiting area w/ popcorn. Ms Bianca was very knowledgeable and helpful. The car was finished as promised on the due date. I would highly recommend this place! Warm smiles and a welcoming environment.

Very helpful staff, gave me multiple choices on what I was able to do after my accident. Quick as well, they want to get things done. They also have some refreshments for some who may be waiting some time for their car. Easy to find from the road as well, all around good experience!
