2nd time Ive been here. Both times I brought pictures and clearly explained what I wanted. Had Annette both times. First visit, the color turned out to be what my previous color was. Second visit, she cut my hair too short and my bangs look choppy. It looks like she used a weedeater. I hate it! Had my newborn with me and I didnt want her screwing it up worse so I payed and left. I will never be coming back. I miss my beautiful long hair. :(

I just spent the most money ever on a cut and color. The 115.00 wasnt bad but the trip to the emergency room will be 1000.00 +. I have a sever chemical burn from the dye that I believe was either mix wrong or left on too long. It is painful and I may end up loosing my hair. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. NOT EVEN FOR A SIMPLE HAIRCUT
