I came to Orlando for my brothers wedding. My daughter was the flower girl. I called and made an appointment for her, my son and myself to get a haircut and style. When I got there they were ready and even worked in my other son for a haircut and style. They were very professional and did a great job! My only complaint is that they are a bit pricey, but I blame myself for that for not asking about prices before they did the work. If I knew they were gonna charge $30 for a boys haircut, I may have looked elsewehere for them. But overall a great experience. I would recommend them.

Im extremely pleased with the service I received today here. I googled hair salons near the mall and I found this one with good reviews. I came in requesting to change my style( first time ever really going short so I was a little nervous) and they were so kind and patient with me. More importantly when I saw the style I was more than pleased, I was actually happy and not worried about such a drastic change. I will definitely come back to this salon. Thanks to all!! They are professional, courteous, and talented. Excellent combination!

I just got hair cut two days ago and my experience was the best. I had been growing out my hair since I was young and never gave it more than a trim. I decided to get it cut because as a mixed 16yr old- I need to learn to take care of my own hair. The school took me in as a walk in and had their stylist Ryo did my hair. Other places flinched at my curly hair but Affinity knew what to do. The stylist was super nice and comforted me as he chopped 15 inches off my head. I came out looking great and learning alot.

Me and my daughter went today for first time . They treat us like loyalty and not only that she was soo happy with her hair for me that is priceless, also I went just to do re touch and I ended getting full highlights with Sumita , she took her time and make sure that my hair was perfect, then Yohanka blow dry my hair and I left happy and satisfy. I was impressed with the team work . I made another appointment to bring this time my mom. Totally recommend give them the chance.

I had a very bad experience with a top salon here in Orlando when I first moved here and afterward thankfully stumbled across Affinity. Thank goodness for Aileen and her talent. She was able to fix my color the best way possible since I had just had it bleached by the other salon. I went back again today and left even more pleased. I am certain that everyone at Affinity does a great job but Aileen is my favorite. I would highly recommend this salon.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I wasnt seen until a half hour after past my scheduled appointment time. There werent enough chairs in the waiting room. I had called prior to get a price quote for a haircut and was told $10-15 for a trim depending on length of the hair. I was charged twice this amount (I had a quick 20-minute trim, my hair is medium length). No instructor checked my hair after the student was finished.

These are the only people who never dissapoint. I commute far and will stop by any convenient salon on the way or even a haircuttery or something; is usually a mistake or a slight meh. I always come out of Affinity looking soo good whether for a regular cut or theyve fix some disaster another salon did. I think everyone should come here.

It was amazing it like a family business u come in and the who staff is amazing they give u great treatment the minute you walk in I been coming for the past 3 months and I have no complain I walk in I make appointment they still treat me great

Been coming here for roughly 5 yrs now and by far the best salon in central Florida. Everyone there are extremely talented and truly make you feel like a million bucks every time. They have become like my second family!

Shes fabulous, my hair is full but thin and no body can never get a good cut anywhere. Not everyone knows how to cut different type of hair She can do anyones hair. And make you look Great! Highly recommended

Simply wonderful! A friend of mine referred me. I was a bit nervous due to the extreme kinkiness of my hair, but Master stylist Ariadna did a complete masterpiece on my hair. Im impressed!!!

There very good nice staff great at why they do just come half hour later then your appointment second time Im here and have to wait 30 minutes after my appointment
