I had an issue with my guest bathroom toilet. Unfortunately, it had been slowly leaking onto the bathroom floor and also down into the condo below me. Let me start with promptness. For most companies, it takes them 24 hours to get back to someone who make online inquiries. Not these guys. I made my inquiry and I received a call within 20 minutes that a plumber would be at my house within the hour. That is what I call service. Now I will move on to my plumber, Hector (0658). This guy is by far one of the most professional people I have ever met. He is very personable, has no problem explaining what he is doing, and ensures the job is complete the first time. He came in my condo, examined the issue, and knew right away what the problem was. With my approval, he went right to work. He not only fixed my problem, but troubleshot the issue afterwards. He made sure everything was complete, everything was working properly, and there were no issues going forward. All around, a great experience! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and their plumber Hector. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again!

I had my main pipe blocked. Otto Alvarez spent about 4 hours trying to unblock it, He was very professional, kowledgeable and a hard worker. He could not clear it from the roof, so he went in through the toilet. The router he used was not long enough to reach the stoppage so he had to go through the toilet. With great persistance he removed the block. He did excellent work. My constructive criticism is: 1) Reduce your prices. Prices are about 30% higher than other plumbing companies. I had to pay $409 for this service. I had to pay $50 more because the router line was not long enough to clear the blockage. 2) Although you advertise free camera, the customer has to pay to get the video file. This should be included. 3) Length of equipment lines need to be longer. If the router line was longer, there would not have been the need to go through the toilet and spend extra time and $50 charge.

I live in Homestead...just bought a house and moved in the first week of November. I had no water and the water company told me my main valve was bad. I called Roto-Rooter for a plumber. I was scheduled to move in the following day and could not clean the place up without water. I called Roto Rooter and within 1/2 an hour they called to tell me the plumber was on his way. Dont have his name but he replaced the valve cut and welded new copper pipe and in no time, the problem was fixed and I had water!! Last week, I had a backed up sink. I called Roto Rooter and once again, they called me back within 20 minutes and told me they plumber would be there within the hour. Within an hour, the problem was fixed. Twice in one month and both experiences were fantastic! Great job by both guys! I will continue to recommend Roto Rooter for any type of plumbing need!

I had a Sewage back up in my Rental Property . I Call Roto-rooter Knowing it was going to be expensive but it was a emergency! First the plumber they sent told me that had to remove the toilet and could not do it thru the roof ventilation. I agreed not knowing this is just to charge more money. He removed the toilet unclogged the line and put the toilet back charging over $389.00 . I had to call back due to the toilet not being set back correctly. Two week later I had another clog and called again the Plumber wanted to charge me again for the same service .I told him to forget it and call another company . Which had to again reset the toilet and snake the line thru the roof ventilation and found the problem . Both the repairs and the snake well under the money I paid Roto Rooter. I could not Recommend this company to no one.

Feb 28,2011 Great Customer Service!!!!! from sending the E-mail requesting their service @7:30pm after finding our Kitchen Sink clogged, within 30 minutes we received a call from Rotor Rooter advising us that a technician was busy with another call and we will have someone by 10:30pm to 11:00pm.@ 9:45pm we recieved an update through E-Mail advising us Technician on the way!!! by 10:00pm received a call that the Technician will be @ the door within 15 minutes.Exactly arrived within the 15minutes Otto Alvarez explained everything in details gave me an estimate and proceeded to do the Job,the sink was unplugged within minutes.Mr.Alvarez was very professional with excellent customer service..I highly recommend their service!!!! Thank You again....

Very good company, with great customer service, they were also very helpful, and they explained me everything that they were going to do. I don’t know anything about plumbing and they explained so I can understand it. The gentleman’s name is Oscar Arana. The service was very fast, I scheduled the appointment online for the next day thinking that it wasn’t going to happen but it did. Rotto – Rooter is a great company, and now I have them on my first call list for any future plumbing jobs that I might have. I also will recommend them to friends and family.

I recently experienced problems with the plumbing in my home located in Miami Florida and I realized that my septic tank had not been pumped out in about 10 years, I had used Roto Rooter in the past and always found them to be professional, courteous and prompt. I called and explained the situation. They were at my home in less then an hour. "Solomon" was the plumber who responded and immediately found the tank and began the clean out. Three hours latter I had a brand new septic tank and no more problems! I would use no one else!

My experience with Roto-Rooter was absolutely wonderful. The technician came within an hour of my call on a SUNDAY! They were very professional and took the time to explain what the problem was and show me the work that was being done. On top of that they have a 6-month guarantee on the work they do. My technician Otto Alvarez was excellent and very pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely reccomend Roto-Rooter to everyone I know. Call with confidence. This is a five-star company. Twice I had emergencies at home, TWICE Roto didnt manage to make my problem a priority and even went so far as canceling my appointment because I missed their dispatch call. How pathetic! They give time windows and then still manage to not arrive in the given time window. How can a business like this actually do business?? And dont call clients "dear" over the phone - it is NOT PROFESSIONAL. Telephone etiquette from dispatch would be appreciated!! Really pathetic to say the least!

Probably the best plumbing service available. I called to schedule an appointment and they sent someone out an hour later. Fast service! Miguel #1083 the plumber arrived and worked on my clogged toilet right away. We had him remove the toilet and snake the pipe. They are expensive ($400) which is why I gave 4 stars but they offer a free 6 month warranty. Miguel finished the job and then wiped everything down very clean without us asking. I was impressed.
