On Friday I made an appointment online for Saturday at 10am, I was called for confirmation at 12 noon to confirm it, I could not answer the call. I called at 6pm to concent an appointment even knowing that maybe not could be that time (10am), the plumber told me that would be available at 1pm on Saturday and would call me to see if I was in my house, Saturday did not receive the call .... today, Monday I call to see if it could happen today fix my problem, a lady told me the plumber would call me in 5 minutes, wait 30 minutes, he called me and I explain my problem, He reminded I was the girl who called on Friday. Hes apologizing because he had family problems and could not call me back ... again said that he would call me in 1 hour ... I had to text him thinking is busy and he call me after 1 hour and 30 minutes to be told that ANYONE couldnt go to fix my problem until tomorrow afternoon and they offer 24/7 services, Im disillusioned of all good comments I wonder if theyre true comments and so disrespectful plumber. Thanks a lot for nothing. p.d: I dont need a plumber who speaks Spanish.

This is the worst company that you can call. I called them to request a repair of my kitchen sink and I ask them how much more of less that repair would cost me. They told me that they would need to be on my house to inspect the problem and then give me an estimate. They charge for that $75.00 and if you dont want the job done you have to pay that amount. Well, they came and told me that the repair wold cost me $450!!! Just for fix the kitchen drain!! I asked the guy why that price and he told me that they usually charge that amount for that kind of work(you can see that first they told me that they have to be in the house). With this metod, they assure their $75 charge and then they can charge wherever they want. This kind of job only cost around $150.00 and now I will have to call another plumber to fix the clogged kitchen drain. If you dont want to feel betrayed, never call this company!

I never get on to write reviews but I feel compelled. Ive been getting a lot of work done at my home and rental property. As most of us know, the expectations set by contractors are rarely met. Our hard earned money is out the door leaving us with a half satisfied job. Needless to say my experience with Falcon was Stellar. Falcon came out walked through the job expectations at both locations. I very quickly received a quote and thorough detail of the job and timeline. The communication throughout the process was fantastic. Oh I almost forgot, I did get 3 bids and they were NOT the highest! You get what you pay for. Anyone considering a job would be foolish not to have them come out. I love how they do business the old fashion way. Thank you!

The service we received from this company was exceptional. We had a leak in the bathroom and didnt know who to call. Well, we lucked out because we got in touch with the owner, Wendy, who was very accommodating and sent someone the next day. Our plumber, Justin, was so knowledgeable, courteous, and professional that he turned a stressful situation for us into a pleasant afternoon. He found the source of the leak immediately and replaced the damaged part. Not only was he patient when I had many questions but was happy to explain every step as he went along...great work ethic; wonderful service all-around! Will definitely call them again in the future. I had a very bad water break in my home and I called Falcon Plumbing for help to address my emergency. The person on the phone was very attentive and genuinely concerned about my problem. She dispatched a plumber quickly and he assessed the situation. I received what I feel was a very fair price quote for the work and he started working. The plumber was great! He knew exactly what to do and worked quickly to address the problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous and VERY clean when working in my home. I am very relieved as this could have been a very bad situation. Thank You Falcon Plumbing!!!!!

Another great job by Falcon Plumbing. As always very friendly to schedule someone to come out, was notified when they were on their way and they arrived on time. Chris was great actually second time he came out, before was a different job. He is very friendly and professional, thats why I remember him. Chris came in, listened to the problem and fixed it. The supply line on my toilet broke last night and the valve did not care to turn off the water. The bathroom was flooding. I called many places that were 24 hour plumbers and was told they couldnt show until the next day. Called Falcon Plumbing and they said theyd be here in an hour. They got here in 30. Fixed a bunch of problems with this stupid custom toilet the previous homeowner put in this bathroom. Guy was super nice and quick. 100% would recommend again a thousand times.

Worst company ever! Do not use them unless you want to be overcharged for basic services. I called them to check my gas water heater and all the technician did was turned on the city meter. He charged me $215 to turn the meter from off to on!! To top it off he did not have any change and I had to give him an extra $5.00. The technician did not spend more than 30mins in my unit and charged me over $200.00...this was a horrible experience!

From first call to finish the service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. Our representative, Justin was ultra knowledgeable, very friendly and responsive. Most importantly, he effectively resolved our issue in a timely manner. Weve dealt with many other plumbing companies and the experience was not even close. Falcon gets a 10! falcon plumbing sent gio right away to fix our kitchen sink problem and he fixed some other plumbing issues while he was there. They did an excellent job - very efficient. They even cleaned up and took the mess with him. my husband and I highly recommend them.
