This is going to be long, but I want to fully explain why I gave Cocoa beach Plumbing only 2 stars, and it was 2 instead of 1 because I can honestly say I adore every single employee that came to my house, and would hire each and every one of them personally for any job I would need done, but I would not ever hire the company for anything again. First let me tell you what was going on was a bathroom remodel paid for by our insurance company. Over and Over again we tried to tell them that we did not mind paying extra over what our insurance paid them for upgrades that we would like to do. over and over we were told that their goal is to not cost you a penny over what your insurance pays. Sounds good huh. Except when the job never gets finished. If I could post pictures for you I would, but since I cannot, I will just have to explain. first we now have an open city building permit that we cant close because Cocoa Beach Plumbing is refusing to come and put in the access panel to our jetted tub. We now either have to hire some one to do that, or simply never sell our house. Remember our Home owners insurance paid for this, and we tried to pay extra should that fall short and they said no. secondly the ceiling along the top of our shower tiles is an absolute mess. and all across that line looks like unpainted uncaulked exposed drywall. Cocoa beach plumbing has been asked to repair this several times both through phone calls and email. We even spoke to the person that did the tiling for them and was assured he would fix it. HE NEVER DID. Then there comes the fact that they took the doors off of our linen closet which is an odd sized so we cant just go to Lowes and buy new doors, they were going to replace them. The left our home mid Feb, and I finally asked them to just bring back our old doors end of march. They brought them back totally destroyed. They had kept them at the granite place unprotected. By the time I knew they werent going to be taking care of the closet doors I had already hired and paid another company $550 to build replacements, and had hoped to just sell the originals to offset the cost, but couldnt because they were destroyed. Cocoa Beach Plumbing started my job Dec 29th, 20014 and left my home end of Feb 2015. It is Currently April 22, 2015 and this job is not finished and since they have been asked multiple times over the last 2 months to finish I can only assume that there is no plans to do so. What bothers me most is that not only were they paid in advance, but through our family they got another job in which they were getting several thousand more than ours. They would not have gotten that job without us, and yet they cant be bothered to finish our job.

One word when considering hiring this company: RUN!!!! Doug Green claims to be this great christian guy and will spend as much time as he needs talking to you in your home to secure your business. When your project begins, his workers do not show up at all or do not show up on time. They do not clean up the job site AT ALL and have no regard whatsoever for your property or anything on it. They took drinks out of our outside refrigerator (that is there for my children) without asking and left the bottles in my yard!! Their concrete job had to be dug up and redone because it was such a half ass, horrible job the first time around! They were in a hurry to leave and put no effort or skill into laying the concrete at all! BEWARE! Doug Green will advise you to sign an "Authorization Form" when the job begins. DONT DO IT!!!! It causes the insurance money to go straight to the plumbing company without your involvement in the process at all. This allows them to inflate the price and double charge your insurance company, depleting any and all funds allotted. This company is undoubtedly dishonest. It is very sad.

I had an issue with my tub not draining. I had talked to Cocoa Beach Plumbing, mentioned how it wasnt an emergency situatuion. I was informed someone would be in the area and could fix it. Nathan came out and did a great job. He even fixed my sinks that werent draining well either, I didnt even realize they had an issue. A few months later I moved and when using the Guest Bathroom shower it leaked into the downstairs unit. Nathan talked with the lady downstairs to see what was going on. He found out it was my shower pan leaking. He had to tear the tile up and replace the pan. The floor tile wasnt able to be saved so he replaced it no problem. Drywall work had to be done and he even had to replace some rotten wood. Its crazy to think it had be remodeled by someone else not long before I moved in. I am very happy with the shower, even looks better then before with the new tile!! I would recommend Cocoa Beach Plumbing for any plumbing issues and remodels. I cant wait to have my Master Bathroom done!!

Doug presented himself to me as a licensed general contractor. Great sales pitch, smooth operator. He is not a general contractor!!! He took on my renovation project and used the number of a general contractor who I am not naming today. He did not supervise or inform workers, so they put in an HVAC system without putting in ductwork, then plastered over all entrances to attic space. had to come back and put in duct work. plumbing was so bad the water company called me to ask "what are you doing on that property that your bill has jumped up to $250.00 a week?" Now he is sending me extra bills for the repairs and corrections despite having guaranteed his work. I wish they had a minus 5 star.

Overcharged for everything dittos !!!! I have to agree with Byron on the cost: $100 to snake a line and remove the paper; $350 to travel one (1) line with a camera to see why the line keeps getting clogged, then $618 to replace 2 sections of line (outside the house) no longer than 3 where rusted pipe and roots were detected. These are not unusual or overly difficult services. I figure $75 to run a snake, $150 to camera the line and $200 to dig 2 - 2x2 wide holes 3 feet deep and replace 2 sections of pipe would be more in line. We paid $1,068 when this should have been no more than $500 total. they are good at what they do other than this.

Doug has done several remodel projects for me through the years-kitchen, master bath, studio, outdoor kitchen and most recently installed all new windows. Going thru the construction process is not always easy and things always take longer than expected-any company anywhere--however, you have to live through it because the results are worth it and then you forget about the headaches of construction in your home. So... ...I love all of the finished projects completed by Doug and Cocoa Beach plumbing! I receive so many compliments on all when people come to my home!

I had a leak in my Master Bathroom and called Cocoa Beach Plumbing to come out. They quickly found and repaired the leak under the slab behind the vanity. Since there was mold involved my Insurance company was called in and paid for my Bathroom to be remodeled except the shower which I decided to include. The results were just beautiful! The workers were very professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them for plumbing needs and remodels!
