Turned a bad experience into a great one! One of our toilets needed the flush kit replaced while I was away for work. I called and explained the situation to the young lady who takes in the orders and she sent a guy out to fix the tank. My wife didnt know what needed to be fixed so she let them leave after just switching out the flapper. I called and explained what happened when I got home the next day. They were so apologetic - even though it was at least 50% our fault - and the same guy came out and fixed it at no extra charge that day! The folks over at Whitmore were punctual, courteous and fair - cant ask for anything more from a plumber.

08/15/16 Called Whitmore Plumbing last Friday and set appointment today (Monday) for installation of dishwasher from 11:00 -!:00. No one showed and no call from office. Called at 1:00 and was told installer had emergency water heater installation in restaurant, but would be here ASAP. 4:00, no call, nothing. Called Keiths Plumbing and they will be here at 9:00 tomorrow (Tuesday). I have reservations of dealing with Whitmore again.
