My parents are senior citizens, moreover, my dad doesnt speak English well. Steve from Roper plumbing was suppose to come over to do some work, when he didnt show up by the scheduled time and didnt call to warn my parents that he is running late, my dad called him to find out what is going on, Steve was abrupt and told my dad that he is rude and now Steve will not be coming as he doesnt work with rude people. He didnt realize that my dads English is poor and what he took for rudeness was a simple poor choice of words and frustration. He stood my parents up, and didnt care enough to even try to understand. Id say poor work ethics, poor professionalism, total ignorance about other cultures, complete discrimination. I definitely wont recommend this company to anyone.

Best around! Roper Plumbing turned our nightmarish morning into a pleasant day. Not only were they a full service company, able to empty our septic tank as well as fix our indoor plumbing needs, but their prices were fair and their services quick and painless. Their technicians were very knowledgeable, HONEST, polite, friendly, and super cautious of their cleanliness. They kept me informed of what they were doing and what they found the whole way through. Their technicians cleaned up behind themselves and all three of them had an impeccable demeanor. We will definitely use them if ever needed again and will for sure be speaking their praises to friends and family. Thank you Roger, Jordan, and Blaine with Roper Plumbing for making our dreaded day a breath easy one.

I had a clogged drain at the house, talked to Roger from Roper. Within an hour two guys came out to clear the line. A couple days later, the drain backed up again. Called Roper back and they promptly sent 2 more guys back out, found the cause of the problem (roots growing in line), and cleared it again. They honored their initial price and didnt even try charge me for the call back. All their people who came out were VERY friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and gave advice on maintaining my plumbing system. As a real estate agent and a business owner, I constantly read and study about how to have good customer service. From my experience, Roper is an example of great customer service. I now have a go-to plumber! Thanks guys!!!

These guys were great! They came out for what looked like a simple fix-snaking the drain for a clog. They ended up spending most of the afternoon looking for solutions. They would not give up until they fixed it. I was very impressed with all 3 and grateful that i now have a working toilet and shower again without having to tear up my floor. And their prices were reasonable for all the work they did! I highly recommend them!!

Over charged! My telephone quote was $250.00 for a septic tank pump via the Aussi guy on the phone who only asked me the tank was in Merritt Island. Final bill: $340.00 which included a hefty $68.00 charge for the 30 second rinsing of the filter and a fee for finding the tank! Ridiculous. I was quoted $300.00 and the correct questions like tank size etc. were asked and discussed. Not to be trusted this outfit.

Excellent, fast, affordable service! We had a main sewer break, (which we feared was going to be a disaster). They responded quickly and efficiently! Roger and Brock were knowledgeable, courteous and customer oriented. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!
