Roto-Rooter came to my home in Hinesville at 4 o clock, we had a slab leak and it was going to be 250 an hour to use the leak detector machine. He left at a little before 6 but charged us 500 and didnt even use the machine the entire time. He said he located it under the vanity in our master bathroom but when he went outside and knocked two holes in the footer of our home he couldnt find a pipe. He left saying he was 99.9 percent sure he had located it and it would be an additional 1500 to 2400 to fix it and he would be back in the morning. We said screw that because a local company suggested we go to someone with the machine whom could pinpoint the leak (Roto-Rooter) but yet he did exactly what that company would have done (pretty much guess and knock holes in our footer) and charged a arm and a leg for absolutely nothing! My father which does tons of construction came to fix it for us, he found the leak in the bedroom on the other side of the wall probably about 6 ft or so away from where he said it was. Either he needs to learn how to listen to the machine or the machine sucks! Either way the company sucks, charges to much and is just worried about the money rather then the costumer. NEVER AGAIN!

Bath tub would not drain; shower backed up and full of water, and toilets overflowing. Yes that was my night. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened to us but it was the first time we could not get the water to go back down. We have had plumbers come look at this from several different companies and still we were having the same issues. We called them at 11pm and did not get a call back. We followed up at 11.30pm and the manager called us back. The on call tech was in Hinesville and they were still working the job. The manager came to our house and was the first one to actually fix the issues. He will be coming by next week to install a clean out for far less then we were quoted by a prior company. I am beyond grateful that when my children woke up they had working toilets. THANK YOU

Called for a pipe backup from the laundry hose. Their website offers a free estimate, and I specifically said I wanted just a quote on the cost of the fix. The technicians were very nice and professional, arrived on time and spent a few hours trying to figure out the source of the backup and could not. I was charged $405 to be told theyd have to come back and jet the pipes for $435 an hour to see if they could then see the problem and find the sewage outlet line. Their office was to call back the next day to set up an appointment. Its been 3 weeks and they have yet to do so. While I think the technicians were professional, the unexpected pricing (not being a free estimate at all) and lack of follow up earns a 2 star, would not recommend.

Called needing emergency plumber. Dispatch was helpful and quick response. After technician failed to return my call within the hour I reached back out to dispatch. I was placed directly to technician cell who stated he was too busy for emergency service. They would come in the morning. No need to call emergency plumber when they do not actually respond to the emergency needs of the consumer. It was clear the technician was most likely in his home and was just not interested in responding. Not sure how they are when they do respond, but they fail short to the advertised and branding expectations.

After my drain was snaked by their plumber the water from the sink was running directly under the house. I called to find out what could have happened and if they could fix but they were more concerned about interjecting that their equipment would not cause that problem. I was told someone would call me. I called two more times and Deborah told me that she could only pass alone my request for a call. I specifically asked to speak with someone named FRANK. No one ever called me. I could not recommend this company to anyone.

We had a leak coming from the AC in the unit above us. The dispatch for Roto Rooter was helpful. We were called by the plumber within 20 minutes. Spencer was great. He fit us into his busy schedule (it was an emergency call). The problem turns out to be with the AC and not the plumbing, but he still went upstairs and did as much as he could to prevent further damage and make recommendations. He didnt charge for the time. I will definitely be using them for any plumbing problems in the future.

They dont give any garanties past a couple of months after the work. It has been less than a year sence the work has ben done. They told me on the phone that i would be charged $75.00 for them to come out and look at it. Then they said if there is anything to be replaced, i would be charged for it. They said that they dont know what could have been done to cause it to go bad. WILL NOT BE CALLING THEM BACK!!!

Scott Reid came on a last minute call to unclog our drains. Scott and Nick worked into the night to make the repairs. Scott returned the next day to install a clean out. Scott is a Master Plummer and is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and courteous people I have met. Great work at a very fair price.

Ive used them 3 times to unclog my old drain pipes. Always nice, curteous, and happy to answer questions. They always get the job done. I forgot the names of the other 2 gentlemen, but they (Chris this morning) all were kind and knowledgeble and did a great job.
