They came out for a sewage back up problem. They explained everything to me and said it was the main sewer line that was the problem and needed to be replaced. They said it would fix the problem. After having sewage back up into our shower, we felt relieved that this was going to prevent this problem. 2 weeks later and the same problems came back. They came out and said it would take another 3-4 thousand dollars to fix the problem. I instead called a better rated plumber who found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes (a blockage by the road). No problems since! They acted more like salesmen than people who wanted to fix our problems. Will never seek their assistance again.

Mr. Rooter provided professional, quality service on a huge water leak which could be neither identified or resolved by two other plumbing companies. The owner, William, was available and helpful with issues ranging from preventative maintenance advice to working with Charlotte Water to get a partial refund for the extremely high water bills caused by the leak, which Mr. Rooters technician found quickly. The Head Technician Matt was honest and capable, discovered the leak in a matter of minutes and gave excellent advice. Overall, if youre looking for a no nonsense solution to a plumbing problem with great customer service, call Mr. Rooter of Charlotte.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing not only answered my call at 9:30 pm, but came to my house within 30 minutes of the call. William, the Plumber, was dedicated to fixing an issue that AT&T fiber caused and was at my home until 3:00 am in the morning. Once the issue was diagnosed, William returned at 8:00 am to fix the issues and did not leave until the job was complete. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and know how to provide exceptional customer service. I will be using Mr. Rooter Plumbing for all my home issues and emergencies moving forward. Finally! A plumbing company in Charlotte that actually cares about their customers. Mr. Rooter has been here three times fixing contractor level work from the builder in a house thats only 7 years old. We upgraded all three toilets and a garbage disposal. Each visit, William has taken the time to educate us on preventative maintenance to avoid any potential problems in the future, all while training his helpers to do it the right way the first time. I recently had a leaking hot water tank early in the morning. I gave Mr . Rooter a call and within 30 minutes they were here. Matt came in and fixed the problem in no time at all. He is a very knowledgeable plumber and knows his stuff!! I have used Mr. Rooter on several occasions. From frozen pipes to a leaking dishwasher they have always been there to help me. Day or night, weekday or weekend I can count on them to give me great service! I highly recommend them and wouldnt use anyone else!!

First time homeowner, big rain and sump pump went out. This was very late on a Saturday night. Super worried about a flooded basement. William and Mr. Rooter came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and worked hard to fix it. We are a happy home with a dry basement thanks to Mr. Rooter. Plus, their warranty makes us feel great that our basement will stay dry for a while to come. Will recommend to friends and family!

Replaced both toilets quickly , placed covering on floors where needed , cleaned up, explained everything, they also were here at the time scheduled. I couldnt have ask for an easier day.

Came out and told me it would cost 500.00 to fix a broken coper line and 250.00 to fix a broken pvc pipe!! Told them to hit the road. Called another plumber they charged 170.00 to fix everything. Dont get robbed by these guys!
