Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that Im not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I dont know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesnt matter that I dont have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.

This guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. He cursed my wife out for no apparent reason. I dont know if he was drunk when he answered the phone but he sounded like he may have been intoxicated. Maybe he was just having a bad day but his attitude is totally unacceptable. I would recommend staying away from this guy. He seems like a real hot head.

Quick, efficient and affordable. Supply line to the toilet stopped functioning - they were on time and done within 20 minutes. Very professional too! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!!! He is extremely rude, disrespectful and a know it all but unfortunately knows nothing about customer service. Terrible experience!
