I was stunned by the rude treatment I received. I called them last week for an urgent situation. They said they would send someone today. When I called today they told me it would be a few days before they could come. The woman was extremely rude. I said it was an emergency and that someone in her office told me they would send help today, but she wouldnt budge and said that they would not be sending anyone for several days. I will not be turning to them ever again and suggest no one else do so. They need to understand that this not how you treat customers!

not very bright people,mismanaged. they dont ask the customer questions to see what their needs are.They just do what they want an are very rude.had i known they were not BBB approved, i wouldnt have dealt with them.
