We discovered we had a leak under our slab and decided to re-plumb house. We actually stumbled upon Dougs company by chance and it turned out great! No one will touch Dougs price on a re-plumb and just as important they did exactly what they said they were going to do in exactly the amount of time they said it would take. The whole crew including Amy are extremely professional, personable and take the time to explain every step so there is no confusion as to what is being done and why. Oh yeah and there were very clean with their work. We have already passed their info on to a couple of realtors and contractors and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks. Many thanks to Doug, Amy and the rest of the crew for a job well done!

Customer service does not get any better than Doug Herrell Plumbing! They recently re-piped our family home, built in 1962. Their experience and expertise made this the best experience imaginable. They promised to be done in one day and thats what they did! They left the place as clean as they found it. They have relationships with other trades that are equally reliable (electrician, wall plasterer...). These folks did an equally fine job for us. When we had one minor problem with the plumbing following the re-pipe, they came out quickly and resolved it. Five stars seems hardly enough for such an outstanding contractor. Keep up the excellence!
