Fantastic Work done by Joe I describe Joe as Understandable, fair, and amicable . It saved my day with a backed up toilet. I called around and it was the best price in the area, although extra work was required, Joe was very fair in the price: Not tho mention that he pointed out the poor job done by contractor who did the bathroom and, went beyond to not charging me for the grout missing. Excellent work and peace of mind: I added Joe to my list of dependable service people. Thank you !!!!

THE WORST - website says $55.00 for a backflow inspection. He was extremely rude and kept losing our information asking us to fax it to him repeatedly. He never quoted any other price or extra and charged us $255.00. When I argued the price change, he got VERY aggressive. We paid the bill, but it will be my mission in life to post negative reviews all over the internet. This guy is a con artist. Too bad, you cant give negative stars.....

I needed two toilets replaced so I called Great American and I must say that the name says it all they where absolutely Great!!!!. They came to my home and provided a fair and honest price without the typical BS that other companies use to up sell. If you want an honest and efficient plumbing company call Great American I would recommend to everyone.
