Nightmare turned happy!!! My mom was visiting us and accidentally dropped her only car keys as she flushed the toilet!! We were worried because she would need to get a replacement and it could clog our toilet as well as our neighbors (since we live in apartments). I quickly Googled plumber and Roto-Rooter stood out to me. I called and they quickly sent a plumber/technician to help us, his name was Emilio. He explained what our options were and quickly calmed our worries with his kind and friendly demeanor. Happy to say, he found our keys!!!! My mom and I were overjoyed! A difficult situation turned into a great experience. The tech send to our house (William Brinas # 4327) was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We had a horrible kitchen stoppage and he explained to us what is he going to do, he worked fast and very clean! Also we called to schedule the service at 7:30 am and at 9:00 am the tech was at the door! I highly recommend the company and William!

Had appt school for 8 - 12 noon they called at 10:15 but didnt leave message or speak to anyone. I called them at 11:00 and was told they were running behind, i called again at 1:15:was told the same thing, at 330 they finally decided to advise that driver was on the way but would still be an hour to 1 1/2 away. Cnx my appt then.

Our technician Jose, (Tech. #2535), was super friendly and very helpful in fixing the issue. He even took his time to explained the situation to my grandparents (who doesnt even speak English) what he did. When he was done, he even cleaned up the mess. Kitchen sick clogged and try as I might, I couldnt unclog it. Called Roto-Rooter and made an appointment. They called me to give me an update on the Plumbers arrival time. The Plumber arrived within an hour and quickly unclogged the drain. Great service and quick response times. 5-Stars!
