I had a leaky pipe in the walls between my bathroom and my daughters room. I noticed there was a problem when I saw a puddle of water trailing out of her closest. I knew it was something to do with the piping connected to my tub. I immediately went on online to find a plumber, I made an appointment through the Roto-Rooter website (very easy to use). I was giving a time frame the next day of when the plumber was going to arrive and would call when they were on their way. I did get a call and 30 minutes later he arrived, I was at work and my wife was home. long story short he called me back stating everything he was going to do. He advised he had to change the faucets, He stated the price before he stated and I gave him the OK to proceed. He changed the faucets and took him about 4-5 hours to complete, he called me back and stated he finished. The next morning I turned on faucet, walked over to my daughters closest and found 3 terrible water leaks. I was confused and not sure what the the plumber did for 4-5 hours. Anyhow I was a bit upset called Roto-Rooter and about 1-2 hours later they showed up (which was good!) I showed the new guy (different plumber) he started to work right away. He spend 3 hours ended up changing out a part and welding the pipes where the leaks were. I made sure there were no leaks as he stood there next to me as I tested and tested and re-tested. I needed to make sure! Not sure what the 1st plumber but if it wasnt for the 2nd plumber this review would have been a bad one. Im satisfied with Roto-Rooter, they made a mistake and surly fixed it very quickly and good thing they didnt charge me for the 2nd visit only for the new part they installed which is understandable.

well not sure where to Start I have work order for april/4 between 8am and 12pm so 1.30 I called them and the girl who answered told me oh we were just going to call you. and let you KNOW that we are running late. and replied what happen to my scheduled work order. well will get some one to you by 5pm and we will call you to let you know. 5 came and gone I called at 6pm yes we are running late and still no phone calls from ROTO ROOTER I am making all the calls. we will get some one there before 7pm. well 7pm came and gone I call at 8.30 pm and she says we can get someone there by Midnight and say hello no. I am going to sleep service is terrible. they rescheduled me for today. between 8am and 12pm. so this morning when I got up I called and told I will not go through the same ordeal of yesterday. and then they called me at 08:45 and said they have a technetian will be here at 09:15 am and sure enough at 09:30 I got a guy. and he told they never told him that I was waiting since yesterday. they just gave him a new work order for today. so I gave him a copy of the order I made online. so so much for ROTO ROOTER......Get your scheduling on Track. its not a good way to do Business but its Miami...SAD

I am located in Aventura, FL and had an issue with my guest bathroom toilet. Unfortunately, it had been slowly leaking onto the bathroom floor and also down into the condo below me. Let me start with promptness. For most companies, it takes them 24 hours to get back to someone who make online inquiries. Not these guys. I made my inquiry and I received a call within 20 minutes that a plumber would be at my house within the hour. That is what I call service. Now I will move on to my plumber, Hector (0658). This guy is by far one of the most professional people I have ever met. He is very personable, has no problem explaining what he is doing, and ensures the job is complete the first time. He came in my condo, examined the issue, and knew right away what the problem was. With my approval, he went right to work. He not only fixed my problem, but troubleshot the issue afterwards. He made sure everything was complete, everything was working properly, and there were no issues going forward. All around, a great experience! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and their plumber Hector. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again!

I am a landlord and have been for close to 20 years so when I saw the reviews and had the need I gave this business an opportunity to secure my business. I had a hot water heater stop working in a rental property in Miami beach. One of their techs got to the address and called me to say the heater was rusted and needed replacing. I was shocked to be told to replace a small 40 gallon tank would be $1800! I told the tech a new tank is no more then $400 from lowes and Home Depot so why was it $1800? After some unreasonable explanation I cancelled the service. I am all for supporting small businesses as I have been a small business owner myself but extorting people in a situation such as I was in is just poor business. I would have been happy to pay a few hundred more to support local business not a chain store but this was high way robbery of a person in a difficult situation . 2 phone calls later. lowes appliances. $789 installed inc permits, 40 gallon heater, install parts and removal and dumping of my old heater. Sorry but you have lost my business to service my home or rental property.

I actually called RotoRooter but have a really bad experience with the first three guys ,i want to believe those are running a Roto Rooter of their own ,but the guys who came last saturday made the day they cleaned the line as the other three could have done it but choose not to.that Aaron should not be working for this company is people like those three that give a company a bad name i happen to like the president of this company and believe he a nice human person however we like the guy by name miguel Y #178 he did what he supposed to do and even though my problem is not over because i now have a broken pipe that cost thousand to fix no so sure i really bilieve it i think first three guys damage the pipe with so many hard metal snake but we will investigate ,i really think you at corporate need to investigate your miami offices for bussiness practices. i do thrust this company . thank you Fatima

Yo tuve un problema serio de tupición en mi casa y llamé a un plomero en dos ocasiones pero el problema continuó; me dí cuenta que la solución requería de una compañía más cualificada, por eso llamé a Roto-Router, al otro día estaban en mi casa y resolvieron el problema. I returned from a trip abroad to find the plumbing in my house completely clogged. Some welcome home! I was fortunate to remember a "rescuer" in these cases. Around for decades, Roto-Rooter to the rescue! and so they did. They gave me an appointment right away and followed up flawlessly through its execution. The service so far was good. As the technician for the job showed up at the house, it became excellent. Aaron Suarez #2394 was on time, very professional and extremely clear about the problem and possible solution. By the time he left, everything was back to normal, problem solved! and at the right price. Nowadays, when it is so hard to find good service, I find it uplifting to deal with a company which still takes pride in providing excellence. I highly recommend Roto- Rooter and give it a ***** Star rating.
