One of the worst companies in Vero Beach. Rudeness at Southern Plumbing Inc. must get a Gold medal of excellence in pathetic operations. They are Rude and extremely unprofessional on the phone. When I asked if they have a "2" ball Valve?", the response (person identified herself as Nicole) was: we dont do "irrigation Wells" and simply hung up. I called again to request the same information the person (Nicole answered) and disconnected immediately saying "dont call again, we dont do wells" . Called again (A for effort on my part to find 2" Ball Valve) A new person "Kim" answered and claimed that she is the office manager. I told her about my experience with Nicole, She was unhelpful, had no time to listen to me, extremely protective and did not care for a constructive feedback about Nicole. She sounded like she could not comprehend what I was asking, when I spelled it for her , "V_A_L_V_E" she then said "Oh!" the "Parts Guy" is in the warehouse and hung up. Called again to ask when will the parts guy be back from "Warehouse" the answer was "I dont know, give me your number and he can call you back." At this time I felt extremely disrespected and felt obligated to post this experience so people can select alternate professional place for their needs surely not this one!

Jared the owner did refund us the $300 for their visit without much of a fight. However, they cut corners when here. While attempting to use the camera they could not see and said it needed to get snaked, but didnt offer to do it. We ending up having a blow out when the toilet flushed because of a new wax ring being placed with the old brittle blackened one. They left a leaking valve for the toilet water valve. Was also told it would be $3,500. to do septic line repairs. All repairs and corrections by the replacement company was done for $450. If you want a company you can trust for a vacation property when you are not able to be here, keep looking.

I moved to the area a year ago and use Southern Plumbing on 3 occasions for different jobs, very satisfied with the services, I would highly recommend them.
