i will give this company a minus 5 stars, because even if he is polite to other customers, they are still paying too much for the job. There are no words to describe the rudeness of the person in charge for this "company" It is inconceivable the way he treats customers, first he is the nicest guy and very polite when offering his overpriced services, he takes you to believe you have to do the job, and as soon as he is done blowing two roof pipes for $505, he becomes Mr Ruder ( impolite, discourteous, uncivil, ill-behaved, unmannerly, mannerless). I have never met anybody who can behave like that towards a customer. I already gave my review of that experience when the job was done. I am giving one again because I called Mr Ruder to request a copy of the receipt of the job done 7 months ago, and he responded, rude again, that the "company does not keep a receipt that old (?!!) and that if i wanted a copy i would have to pay $50 (is that legal?) when I asked him why, he hang up.....Good luck!!

I called to set up an appointment, when I called I was told that the first visit was free. When he came, and after looking at it for 10 mins, without saying anything related to cost in advance, he told me it was $145 for the diagnostic?????? Then, he told me that it needed to be replaced, cost $968 including installation (he told me it should take around an hour), he did not mention the cost of the heater or labor, just the total amount.... which did not sound right to me. The model that he wanted to install was one called iHeat. Then, I checked online and the price for an iHeat tankless water heater is around $300, that means, that they are charging $600 of labor? for a an hour? ($600 considering they pay consumer price $300 for the heater). Stay away, not transparent service, overpriced....

Worst customer service ever. If we were able to give this company 0 stars, we would. The man that answered the phone (Scott) was very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. We had an emergency with one of our bathrooms at our gym and called the first plumber company that came up in google, but later realized we had control of the situation and decided to cancel. The man started cursing saying things like "youre wasting our f****** time, we dont have time for this f****** s***, and you are a piece of s***." We were shocked because weve never been treated like this before, such a disappointment for we could have been frequent customers. Whoever is the owner of this place just lost a good customer and we will make sure to spread out the word with all our members.

Im an RN who has used Mr. Rooter in my own home. One of my clients kept having issues with her toilet. She called a different company when I wasnt there, and even then she still kept having issues. On a Saturday when I was there, I called this other company and complained. The guy that came out wanted to charge her all sorts of money, so I told her, Let me call Mr. Rooter. Brian Donohue came out and did an outstanding job, cleaned everything up, and left leaving my client and I super satisfied. Not only did my client save money, but we both felt very comfortable with his work. My client will be calling Mr. Rooter in the future if needed. Thank you Brian for being so neat and efficient!

the worst service Ive ever had. The technician had to go twice to repair the same toilet and in both times they charged me different amounts (saying that were different problems) at the end I paid almost $400!!! (a new toilet costs less than $200)... now, after 4 months I have “another” problem with the same toilet that they repaired and Ohhh!! They tell me that the guarantee is only for 1 month! And now I have to pay them $320 to repair it again. I feel cheated by them!. Lousy service! overpriced! technicians not qualified! The worst ever!!!!

Adam arrived on time and was very courteous, polite and friendly. I had the sense I was making a friend. He explained everything to me as he was working which I greatly appreciated. You could tell he cares about his clients and their needs. I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all. I am looking forward to his return to put in labels for me on the valves and switches. Now thats caring and I definitely recommend Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs. The plumber Brian showed up on time and was very polite. I did not really know where my leak was coming from but he found it pretty quickly and resolved it within his first visit and cleaned up after himself. I called another plumber before calling Mr. Rooter and he wanted to charge just for coming to my house giving no indication that he thought he could resolve the issue in one visit. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter

I would highly recommend Scott to anyone with plumbing needs. He is an awesome plumber. He has been to our house twice for different issues, is always quick to respond, and scheduled something that was convenient for us. Both times, he arrived well dressed, very professional and polite, and quickly figured out our problem and took care of it in the one trip. Love it!

The technicians are clean and extremely well dressed (none of that typical dirty plumber youre use to thinking of).
