Elisa, we never worked on your husbands vehicle for the receipt you wanted. It was only an estimate. Also, I am not "the wife of the shop", I am the owner. I had already talked to your husband and was questioning why you wanted the receipt when he said he did not want one. I did crumble up your receipt and threw it away, only because I asked you to leave as you were being disrespectful by telling me to lower my voice in front of our customers and my son. You were causing a scene and I did not want my employees and customers to have to get into the middle of the situation. It was bad enough that you lied to the girl you sold the vehicle to saying that we put a brand new motor in it, when we never put a motor in the vehicle at all. We have been respecting our customers for 40 years and continue to now. We offer customers the option to buy their own parts because we care about our customers. We our a family owned business and our customers only come to us because they know they can trust us. Anyone can ask our customers what they think about us and they will only say positive stuff about us.

I just went to pick a receipt for my husband since he needed proof of work being done to his truck. I guess the wife of the shop, decided to start raising her voice and asking questions about why I needed the receipt. I simply told her that I was just picking something up and my husband already spoke to someone regarding the receipt. She started cursing at me and telling me off and balled the receipt up and threw it in the trash. I do N O T recommend this place at all. That is not how you treat your clients at all even if you are having a bad day or not. Im in the medical field and you always treat your clients with respect no matter how bad your day is or how crazy your client is. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience. Of the 3 different vehicles taken, only 1 was fixed correctly. One they completely gave up on, brought it home took a day off and fixed it myself, another vehicle was good for a few days, same problem came back. Took it back and they didnt want to pay for damages done due to their work. One mechanic has been arrested god knows how many times from on site. Parts missing upon return of vehicles, all around horrible experience with mediocre work done. I DONT recommend this place to anyone.

Great mechanic, owner is a nice guy who is more than fair. When other mechanics quoted me close to a thousand dollars I was quoted here a quarter of that price and my car has been running great since. Would highly recommend to anyone, finding an honest mechanic is a rare event.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had they are incapable of anything but oil changes I would not recommend Thais place to anyone owners a great guy solid mechanic but his assistants are idiots
