I took my truck here and tried to tell him what was wrong with it, he would not listen or write anything i told him down. I also told him if he takes the key out it will not start again. I get a call the next day and he says that he is too busy working on classic cars, and theirs just too much wrong with it and he does not want to work on it. He took the key out and i had to get it towed to another mechanic or he said he would have it towed to a lot...he was also trying to charge me a 50 dollar diagnosis fee even though he diagnosed absolutely nothing but a loose terminal on my battery which i was well aware of. Anyway, i then took it to RPM Automotive and it was 1 hour of labor and no parts needed and no diagnosis fee. The guy running that place is one of the rudest people ive ever tried to do business with. Avoid at all costs!!!

Great service! Finally a place that stands by their work. I have gone there multiple times in the past and received good work at a fair price. They are polite, professional, knowledgeable, get to the point, and never mind explaining to me the problem when I want to understand it more. Most recently I had a few problems going on and when I got the car back all but one was fixed. when I brought it back a very nice man at the front desk named Harry was happy to assure me the man who had worked on it before was no longer with them and proceeded to fix it free of charge. Even though I dropped it off later in the day and they were very busy, they called me the next morning to come pick it up.

We were reffered here by sun tire. They told us our AC was bad due to the compressor and wanted to charge $200 for the part and between $600 and $1000 for the install and recharge. I ordered the part and took my van to a different mechanic to have it put in. He installed the compressor (because I told him it needed to be installed) it and it still didnt work. Turns out the Relay was bad. $20 part, and about 30 minutes of labor. Dont go her they were ready to overcharge me for a compressor and missed a seriously simple diagnosis, which they charged me $70 dollars for. I wasted almost $700 because of these jerks.

After dropping nearly $2,000 on my air conditioner the air still did not blow cold. Finally took it to another shop and the compressor went out again. Viking wouldnt work with me in getting a compressor installed a second time. Was months out of year warranty. I should not have to spend $1,000 again to fix the air conditioner because it should have been fixed right the first time. They were also rude and condescending when speaking to me.

Terrible. Went in to get the AC looked at, got a quick quote and the guy suggested he look at the unit (I thought the problem was the blower). He low balled the quote, then charged my $57 to look at the car, tell me what I knew the problem was then double the cost of the repair, which I of course turned down. Do not go here, unless you want to be overcharged and ripped off. Waste of time and $.

My PT Cruiser had starter problems, I called and I made an appointment the next day. After the basic check out they called me with a estimate that was very fair, I needed a starter. They promised the vehicle that afternoon. They delivered the vehicle right on time and right on price. WOW, what a repair shop! I will refer this place to all my friends, thanks Viking.

I would highly recommend Viking Auto. Harry and his staff worked on our on 2007 Honda to make sure it would be safe to drive on a long trip. They were very honest and worked very hard to get our car running properly. Harry communicated everything they were working on. I am very thankful we went to Viking Auto Electric! Thank you Harry!
