Made an appointment online. I went in the next day for the appointment and was turned down because they never saw it. By "they never saw it" I mean they supposedly never looked in their computer until I showed up and said Im here for my appointment. So the guy set an appointment for they next day. He said I was the 2nd appointment in the morning and they should have me in and out. I went there for a tire balancing and rotation and didnt leave for 2hrs. My truck sat in the bay on the ground for 25 minutes until it was finally lifted and worked on. I wont be going back.

The service of this place was terrible. They didnt check it that I requested to fix, and I complained about this matter, but they said it was just matter of miscommunication. I confirmed several times to fix that thing, but they said nobody mentioned about that. They have a paperwork that I requested when I visited at the first time, and there was what I wanted to repair. But, they ignored that and just said it was matter of miscommunication. The guy name is Nelson, yelling at me, he didnt treat me as a customer. So, I strongly not recommond to go this place.

I thought roders and brakes were bad. Came in, machanics checked to see what was wrong with my car in less then 30 min., told me what was wrong with it, started working on it. I needed new brakes and a caliper box because apparently the one i had the clips and Springs on it just fell out on the road lol... The service was great and the price its a steal deal - got new break pads, new caliper box, roders were rotated. Very satisfied and this will be my mechanical issues to go to place from now on. Will recommend to you, family and friends.

I took my car in the other day to have my tire plugged and I was told that it couldnt be plugged and tire is no good and I need to buy a tire. Well that didnt sound right to me so instead of buying a new tire for $120 plus. I took my car to another place and when they took tire off and we saw the nail it was small and good be plugged. Got it plugged today. I will not be going to this location anymore!!!!

This location does my oil changes, has replaced my valve cover gasket, oil catch housing, wheel bearing and supplied 4 sets of tires for my 13 year old sports car. They do good work, give honest estimates and dont jerk you around. Cant say the same for the one down the street on 436. Learned my lesson there.
