A few years back this was my 1st choice to go for help with my car. But since a visit in early 2012 and one early this fall I will never go back. Early 2012, I needed my tires rotated and an alignment. I have them take me to the Grand Floridian for the hour to hour and a half they said it would take; then they will call me when they are done. 2 hours later I call them and they say my car is next in line. Are you kidding me? They then tell me they will only pick me up at the TTC, this means I either half to walk close to a mile or take the monorail 3 stops around property. I walk and then they pick me up. Close to 3 hours in they tell me my tread is too low to do anything with but they did rotate the tires. Day wasted. Did I learn my lesson, no. This fall I need new tires. I do my research and decide to go to them once again. I need new tires and an oil change. They tell me it will take around an hour and 15 minutes. I have them take me to the Grand Floridian again but now I know they wont pick me up from there. Again I have to call them 2 hours later and they are not done. I take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom for 30 minutes. They still have not called. I call them as Im leaving the station to head to the TTC, which is 5 minutes away. They then proceed to forget to pick me up. I call again after waiting for 20 minutes and they send someone, who was very apologetic to pick me up. After 3+ hours my car is done and Im charged over $600. I leave, get in my car and I find 2 dirty rags they left in my car. At this point I dont want to deal with them and leave. The final straw was when I was cleaning my car December 1st and find they left off 2 of the tops to for my tire valves. Are you kidding me!!!! You guys used to provide great service, what has happened. I used to recommended you to my friends and co-workers but now I tell everyone to stay away.

I called this place on Sunday after we arrived. I had a tire start to separate on the front of my truck while driving down to WDW from Atlanta. Needed to get stock availability and pricing on a pair of tires minimally, and to check the others. The guy I spoke to on the phone was not interesting in helping me beyond today and with the only pair of tires they had in stock, of which brand I am not fond of. When I asked about what else would be available that we could maybe have taken care of on Tuesday morning thinking maybe we could get something ordered in and make an appointment to minimize downtime, the guy went into a rash of excuses about how Tuesdays are insane, not leaving him any time to work on the truck and that they would need it for hours and hours, oh my gosh so terrible of me to ask. I immediately took control of the call and explained that I was calling him today, to arrange something for Tuesday for that reason. He then abruptly took my name and number, saying hed call back. Im still waiting.... You treated me as an out of town visitor poorly, considering my career background was retail automotive aftermarket tire center management, having grown up in Florida, I was once a Tire Kingdom store manager under Chuck, and later moving to Atlanta and being a DM for Big 10 Tires. I understand how to be empathetic to a customers needs and this was not it.

Mechanics are friendly but lack auto repair knowledge. Desk Clerk has no people skills whatsoever. When questioned about if the mechanic knew what he was talking about, the Desk Clerk listed off what certifications his mechanics had, and did nothing to reassure me theyd fix the problem. Charged 90 dollars for labor on a job they couldnt even find the problem to. Took 2 days for "diagnostics"; in other words, they had no clue what the problem was even though I explained it to them several times. Completely wrong diagnosis, took it to a normal repair shop and had the problem fixed within an hour for 50 bucks. May be convenient because its right outside Disney, but not even close to worth the time or money. Drive out Kissemee for a reputable mechanic.

Personally being a mechanic for a living for 7 years now its hard to find a shop I trust and I like. I needed two tires for one of my vehicles, and I searched for a couple days for the best deal in central Florida but no one came anywhere close to there price. Best part of the whole situation was the customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Stephen when I walked in, and me having 100s of questions and specific requests on what I wanted done, Stephen was extremely helpful and super nice which made me feel so comfortable and calm they would do everything correct and actually cared about my vehicle, which they did in every little way!

Came into the shop thinking the car needed the tires balanced. We explained the problem to the technician, he asked to take the car around to see what the real problem was. In short, we needed a new tire. Front desk person was helpful, technician was honest, took us into the shop so we can physically see what the problem was. Tire was in stock, price wasnt very cheap but then again it was a cheap tire and cheap service that got us here. Free coffee, complimentary charging station for your phone, ESPN on the TV. (Shop is inside magic kingdom, car care center)

Out of towners beware. Wheel bearings went bad while I was in town. They tried to charge me over $900. Had it repaired well and professionally at Pep Boys Celebration for just under $600. They are advertised as a local brand "Action Gator" but is actually world car care? I called Pep Boys from their shop. They did not act surprised about the over $300 price difference.

I had to go back home and my car had a really bad steering problem. I though I had to change the axles. The told me I didnt need it and they fixed everything. Not only it was cheaper than the rest of the shops in the area. But the did it even faster than they told me just because I told them I was in a rush. The staff is friendly and helpful. Im so glad I came here.

Buyer beware! No pricing anywhere...they make it up as they go. Wont honor prices on their website. Its "online" pricing, not in-store pricing??!! Anyone ever buy a tire alignment online??? First alignment quote $130, then $99. online $79 gimme a break. Steven and Jerry will LIE to your face.

Went because of a flat, they checked out the tire and found out it was a bad plug, recommended I replace it, said it would be up to me to drive home as is. Decided to roll as is and rolled out no charge. Thanks!

Needed new tires, alignment, and service while at Fort Wilderness. I was very happy with their competitive pricing, excellent work, and great service. I would go there again (see Action Gator Tire web site).
